This is the best sales platform I've ever used. Super easy and efficient to use. It's great to use as a sales agent and for management to keep track of all sales agents progress. I highly recommend this to any business, you won't regret it.

The app doesn't remember the contacts I've marked to not track calls and I now cannot insert email templates from the app either. If these can be fixed, the app works as a great CRM system

I constantly use voice text to update my contacts but zendesk is constantly adding extra sentences and words to my notes which is becoming really frustrating as I then have to manually delete words and sentences I have not recorded. Needs fixing please

If you are in sales and are looking for a CRM, this is the one for you. We brought this in after trying Salesforce and a few others and so far its my favorite. The others were to cumbersome and didn't feel right. I like logging my calls, tracking my communication with clients and getting all my notes and data logged. Highly recommend 👌

I work for the #2 Toyota dealership in the U.S. so I rely on this to keep track of my sales. It is easy to use and quick to log prospects and sold customers. It came in handy when I found I was missing 1.5 deals on my pay sheet. I was able to easily find my missing deals!!! Thanks Sell!

This is one excellent app. Well integrate with Outlook, texting and emailing from my android. For door-to-door sales people like me, it would be great if we can integrate a door-to-door functionality to this CRM tool. ...The ability to flag a house with a disposition type on a map.

I have been using other CRMs and the original version of this 'Base' now this has a free version it is excellent light and simple all the functions I need, email integration, tasks, meetings, call handling, text handling, directions are opened in maps or app of choice. Such a shame that the web portal is not free too! For a sole trader such as myslef it's now my CRM of choice.

It was useful to a small extent as a one man business but I'm glad I didn't rely on it totally as they've decided to charge way too much for it. Then blocked access to it, (as if this would change my mind). Uninstalled.

If you could fix the email problem with some third party apps/softwares. Maybe, it's on their end not yours. Would you be able to verify regarding cloudnet 360 if your app could plug to it or contact them about it. I think they are flexible about costumizations. They're a great company too! This is the worst software you can ever get because there's no customer service behind it no matter what no matter what they say they simply did not support the software stay away from it as far as you can. Please don't write to me to contact support because that's a lie you do not answer any of the support requests I think that Google should take your app off , we'll complain to them.

Everytime I input a lead, the rest of my company can't see it, it fails to sync. Been having this issue since February and I seem to be the only one in my company with this issue. I end up having to email all info, making this app obsolete, I'd really like some help correcting this issue.

I am very new to the app, and thus my four star review may be a reflection of my own ignorance in terms of fully using the app. Thus far, from the perspective of organizing my contacts, having a ready reminder of follow-ups, having a useful calendar, and being able to attach a specific value to a particular client or prospect, it has been extremely useful. I look forward to learning more about the app, and will perhaps even change my review to a five-star. The area where I am feeling there could be some improvement, is in terms of visual projections of forecasted / goal to actual on a week-to-week basis.

The app itself is nice. Works well. But customer service with the company leaves a lot to be desired. There is no way to call the company. There is a chat bot that is extremely inefficient. Once (finally) being connected to support, it can take several days to receive a response. Might as well send a letter via the post office. Pony Express might even be quicker.

A few of the major functions that I need, like inserting a template in an email cause the app to crash. So I am either left with logging in on my mobile browser (the website is not user friendly on a mobile browser) or booting up my computer. I love ZenDesk sell for our program, but since I am always on the go I wish the app would stop crashing so I can actually use it.

I really enjoy the look and feel, albeit lightweight as CRM is concerned. Would be nice to view companies and people as separate lists rather than together. As per a previous version. Continuing some time later it seems to be becoming nothing like the Base version which was great. This Zendesk iteration is not as nice.

Zendesk has got to be the worst CRM I've ever experienced in my life, it totally sucks. Totally disorganized and it is so inefficient and horrible I can't stand using it but I'm forced to because that's the company that we use. Never use this program it's terrible. I'm sure most of these reviews are are baloney because I can't imagine how anyone would want to use this program! I don't think there's any amount of reprogramming that they would correct all the deficiencies.

Have been using Zendesk Sell for about 5 years (when it used to be called Base). Easy to use and very helpful for adding prospects and tracking leads, communication, tasks and appointments. Mobile app has been great, but recently I have found it often crashes when I am using the map view to select a contact. Not sure if the app needs to be updated or something.

Love this app. I've use it through three separate jobs and variations. The ease of creating my own fields is the best, but being able to calendar follow up tasks, sync emails under the client account, attach photos from my camera, and view nearby clients from the map view is also pretty fantastic. Maybe a Google Photo add-on would make it only slightly easier and routing assistance would make it nicer.

I absolutely love this app! I literally tried all the CRM apps out there to try and find the best one and this is it! It is so easy to use, it tracks communication seamlessly, and it was so easy to set up and sync with my email. The only thing I don't like about this app is when you import a contact from your phone's contacts it doesn't import all the information, you have to manually enter the address, website, everything except phone and email, so hopefully Zendesk can change this.

so far, this seems to be the best CRM app with Email tracking for mobile devices. the desktop interface is pretty good as well.. the notifications lag behind by about a half an hour it seems. you can how many times your email has been viewed but you cannot see at what time or who viewed it if you send a mass email. other than a few little things, it is a very good app
