1. Gives garish notifications with misleading stats for when crypto is doing "well", ie. Up by a certain percent, but doesn't notify of falls, or provide info on what the "increase" is. If value is low one day and returns to normal or higher the next, its not a celebratory increase in my savings. 2. Wallet amounts can literally disappear for hours or days and customer service will only say "we're experiencing display issues". I should always be able to see an accurate balance. End of.

So far hasn't had any major issues. When I wasn't sure of anything the support has been very prompt in their responses. I have to say I haven't done enough research on their means of security when it comes to securing the coins. But their UI is seemless and the transfer to their interest-earning wallet is straight forward (although I expect they do not ensure the same security for the Earn account as the coins are then in control of Nexo)

I think something is wrong with this App. It can't confirm email. I used the chat service on your web page and still my problem was not solved. This what happens: I entered my email then press continue, then press the link to my inbox, from my inbox I tap the link to confirm that takes me back to the App, it would load for a few seconds then a pop-up window would say oops!Pls try again, confirmation link may have time out. Resend. When I press resend, it sends the link but give same problem.

This app is the most unreliable app I have ever used. Was not able to move funds out of the account for nearly a month because of bugs in the app! Finale was able to move funds again, but only 1 of 2 transactions finished. Now 1 is stuck again, not able to stop the pending transaction because of issues in the app. Once and if I get the rest of the funds out of the wallet it goes straight to the garbage. Nothing here that is positive, not even the customer service. Updates on app take for ever.

I was robbed of my phone and wallet shortly after I installed the app and never got to use it. Then was charged 70 bucks for having the app on a device that was stolen from me. I just want a full refund due to not agreeing to be charged 70 dollars and not ever using it.

Securing your seed phrase is fundamental in the cryptocurrency space. It’s a critical reminder that if you don’t hold your keys, you don’t truly own your crypto. Consider investing in a hardware wallet; they’re not only more secure but also surprisingly affordable. 😊

I can't get into Zengo. It wants me to verify my email but times out and I go back to the beginning. I have tried multiple times. Could you help me please.

I haven't been able to get past setting up the device lock. It gives me an error each time. I tried reinstalling, but no luck. Uninstalled and going to use Trust Wallet instead.

When trying to send BTC, the app gets stuck on a spinning wheel indefinitely. Useless. Also, fees are super high. Just hide your money under the mattress. I literally just reported a problem sending Bitcoin, and your response is that you haven't received any reports of problems sending Bitcoin? Ok, I'll just report you to the CFPB.

The app is so secure that it's not possible to create a wallet. I've tried several times, clicked in the link in the email (tried both of them), but after that the app is going back to the main screen and the process has to be done again. UPDATE: I've contacted customer service, after exchanges a few emails they weren't able to help, said that the engineer will have to contact with me but so far nothing. I'm not sure if I would leave my funds in a wallet without any support.

It's a nicely designed wallet, but the latest update bricked the app. I can't access my tokens, send or receive funds. Support says a fix is on the way, but it's been over a week. I suppose this is the danger of MPC wallets. When the app is down, you're sorta screwed.

One is sleekest wallet apps out there. It seems they have been working closely with other players in the space to make this one of the most efficient and customer-friendly apps out there. It was probably the quickest wallet setup I've ever done without having to worry about seed phrases which take forever. It actually has support options that no other wallets apps wallets seen to have, with real people and not bots. Great work and can't wait to see the coming renditions!

This - in my opinion - *highly underrated* crypto wallet has definitely become my go-to for a number of different reasons - and I'm really glad I decided to go ahead and dive a bit deeper than just the surface when I initially downloaded ZenGo at the beginning of the year (2022). Overall, I am really happy with this wallet, as it supports a plethora of different coins and tokens, you can buy/sell and it also contains a swap feature. Exceeds my expectations by far!

I don't know what in tf is going on but I go to try and recover my account with my email, my recovery file is sitting there in my Google drive plain as day and it somehow can't find it, I trusted multiple times with it still in the original folder it saved itself in and that didn't work. Then made a copy and moved it to the main drive folder, renamed it same as original and still nothing. It also glitches out hard if it has to redo anything and I have to go back to the beginning.

The app is hands-down one of the best out there in terms of UI and usability. Downside is it needs my FACE —the very thing I'm avoiding, to process everything. Can't believe who's gonna see my face after I take a picture. 😬 Edit: they said my data is stored locally. PS: Are you sure that backing up my crypto data on GOOGLE, of all things, a really smart idea? I can't overlook this part.

So far I think the app/service is well done, I like the layout and it's easy to navigate. Unfortunately I don't believe this is the crypto app for me, mostly because the minimum is $100 and that's just way more than I'm willing to spend, although that's more of a person finance issue and not their fault, it's just a shame. Other than that, I would say the biggest (CON) for me is the app will say oops error and I have to close and reopen, in order to go back to where I was.
