Creating a complete picture of your personal finances
Zenmoney brings together data from all of your accounts and cards to create a complete picture, then categorizes each of your transactions. You no longer need to spend time manually tracking your expenses — they update automatically, and are secured by strong encryption. Account balances and spending statistics will always be up-to-date.
Getting your expenses organized
With Zenmoney, you can see where your money is going. Spending statistics offer insight on how much you need for regular bills, and how much you can spend on coffee, books, movies and travel. Payment forecasts spotlight unnecessary or costly subscriptions and remind you about important recurring payments. Together, these features can help you to set your financial priorities and avoid expenses that are no longer needed.
Spending according to plan
Our budgeting tools allow you to plan for both scheduled expenses and for categories of monthly expenses. In the Budget section, you can see how much has already been spent in each category, and how much is left to spend. And the Safe-to-Spend widget calculates how much money is left over at the end of each month. This makes it easier to understand how much money can be saved towards important goals, invested, or kept for spontaneous expenses.
What’s more, we have a helpful bot in Telegram! He can:

Moved here from the other app after an awful update. Tried many alternatives and chose Zenmoney at the end. It gives many nice features and it is easy to use. Also, performance is very good 👍 Reading transactions from banking app notifications didn't work for me. But it magically worked for the purchase for the notification after premium purchase 😃

Constant problems with my bank account synchronization: error logs sent, but no reaction at all. This time, syncing with the account hasn't worked since 16/02. I've written to support, sent error logs, and nothing has been changed. Cancel subscription.

Update: I found a fix, it turned out to be a MIUI app permissions issue. Initial Complaint: The widgets seem to be buggy; the addition ➕ button never works, I can only view balances in all accounts, but the ➕ doesn't do anything. Initial review: It's still my first day so I can't say much, but so far it's feature packed, and neatly designed. It's a relief because it's hard to find that neatness in many other budgeting apps here, they're often too clustered with graphs and colours everywhere.

Great app. Helps a lot with planning, recording, and tracking expenses. I just wish it could keep up with currency fluctuations of the Zimbabwe Dollar, but heck, that's even tough for us! Overall, a worthwhile investment for lifetime access.

A very convenient add! Synchronization works really good on all bank accounts I have. The only thing, that I still really need is that it would be an option to toggle on and off grouping by categories on visualisation widget. I have Daily category with montly budget and 5 child categories like food, groceries, bills. I want to be able to have a shared budget for all of these things and still be able to see the group spending separately.

Nice app with a terrible support team. After some changes at the connection provider side, sync with my account stopped working, I asked the support team to help me, and they were just ignoring me for a long period. My issue is not resolved, and it's clear that the problems are not on my side. The money for the year subscription is gone, with no refund.

It's convenient that app can automatically import transactions. But one of the significant disadvantages for me is that you cannot do reversal transactions in case you paid bill in cafe for everyone and friends returned you some amount. Current approach is to use workaround with "debt" functionality but it creates a lot of complexity. It was requested by many users but in 2023 after several years I see that it is not implemented still - removed 1 star

I've been using this app for months now. I started using it few days after I started "big girl's life" of managing expenses and income and paying bills (didn't have any need of that before). This app is doing magic to my finances, everything is organized and at any given point of my day I can answer "How much can I afford to spend" if am in a mood for some shopping or gifts. It's super important as many of my peers just look at the total on their bank balance and spend their savings. Thank you

This app is so good. I love it at first sight and plan to buy subscription. I have some suggestions. 1. Can you add a feature like installment disbursement (e.g. 3 months or more) 2. Multiple account balance in which, related to installment before, in can show the balance that date, and the total balance after deducted by the total installment disbursement. Amazing app! I tried a lot of that kind of app but this one is really great! Here is one 'but', transfers between ur accounts can't be categorized, and it's frustrating. If it tracking that accounts u'll see nothing in the budget after new transfer. Personally, I wanna see more customization & probably a way to use this app as a core to me own projects

Best budget / money tracking app I've tried over the past years. Have been using it for a couple of years. Has some minor issues, but nothing gamebreaking. Supports direct integration with a lot of banks, as well as sms recognition. Some sort of self-learning mechanism is also presented - it will automatically correctly assign income / expense category for 95% of transactions.

This app is incredible! My yearly sub ends in a week, and I've just extended it for a lifetime. I love the internet bank sync since I mostly use card for payments. Also that the app remembers which category has previously been used for recurring expenses, and applies it automatically. Also, the budget planning is simple and useful, although, I'd like it to have some more planning options, like splitting money on a single account for different goals, and property/investments costs.

This app is just great! It has all the essential functionality out of the box. Except for the reports and budgeting (available in paid version). SMS parsing, automatically detecting transfers between cards from SMS, adapting to the amount of transaction and suggesting the category with similar amounts and many more! After buying the subscription, it became much better with all the reports and graphics available. Keep it up, Zenmoney team, you're awesome!

After an automatic update all data accumulated over 2+ years gone. No warning message beforehand, no way of opting out. You just open the app as usual to see that all your history of transactions and accounts is gone

I miss: - the ability to hide unnecessary blocks (for example, places, credit cards) - the ability to automatically change the exchange rate. I spent it in euros, but I want to see the expense in dinars. And vice versa. - hide future payments from the tape for a year, they only get in the way. - my bank is not connected, unfortunately, raiffeisen banka Srbija. Although he is on the list. - the ability to choose which SMS and in which currency to enter, and which ones not.

Awesome app. After almost a year of daily use I bought the lifetime premium. Bank syncing and access to all charts is worth it. Keep up the great work! Edit 06.2024: Still being improved and developed! I love new functions and they really help me keep my finances in order. When there was a problem with syncing with my bank it has been fixed in just a few days. Thanks! Keep up the good work! 💪♥️

Decent looking app, but you can't import from tons of popular banks in the US ( let alone any smaller ones) so I'd have to manually enter all of my transactions. Also asks for TONS of unnecessary permissions (location, SMS, others). It's a shame because I was really excited about the Ok-to-Spend feature because very few apps offer something like it!
