I love this app , I really do ! But zems arent affordable at all ! They are so hard to get ! Besides, there is a new bug in the app I think !! The outfit I had already bought and was already in my style , suddenly dissapered! It was a gift and it had even dissapered from the gift box ! Now it's telling me to buy that outfit again !! I've played since 2021 and there's so much improvement. But what pissed me off is that the increasing of zem price. Even the offer you gave us in event like the recent treasure zem it's too expensive. I hope you can give a price that is affordable to all. Other than that , the biodata in world is bad. I can't look at people anymore. The biodata show our profile and it's very disturbing. I hope zepeto can make it the same like old one it's more convenient. Thank you.

Loving the app so far but would love if the main screen would have a landscape function, most of the games I've noticed seem to be in landscape mode so I enjoy using this app on my tablet but it gets very annoying turning my tablet into portrait mode just for the home pages. Would be absolutely amazing if you had the option to switch between portrait or landscape depending on what you prefer

The game is overall nice. The reason for me rating this low is mainly due to unstable network issues. Especially while playing jump master. I sincerely request developers to do something regarding this. A message box saying the connection is unstable always appear even if I'm using wifi or normal cellular network. If this issue is not solved I'm sure your ratings would decrease drastically. Not me, but many players are feeling same issue. If you resolve the issue I will edit the ratings.

I love this game so much. It's phenomenal—one of the most amazing games I've played so far. But I keep having this issue for when I'm trying to post on the network(zetwork if you want). It keeps saying my internet connection is terrible despite having been connected to many different places/networks. I don't know what could cause this issue because I even had my WiFi changed once, but no difference. It's also the same situation with my friends' accounts, too. Please help

The game is good. Designing characters, avatars, videos, and trending dances is a wonderful thing, as is making friends. But the game is very stingy, we can hardly get Zem, not all people can pay! Also, the game is very slow and has a lot of crashes, The messages are faulty and we cannot send pictures in chats. I hope they fix all these things and that the game becomes less stingy, more humble and generous. And Thanks.

App is fun to create, customize characters, take pictures & videos. But I can never enter worlds, because they're extremely laggy, so laggy that the app stops working. Can't use templates because the quality & the song gets sped up, distorted, & sometimes the audio stops while the characters keep dancing with lag. And when I upload a video of my characters dancing(or doing other things)part of the audio & video get cut off for some reason. Lastly, it says "network error" way too much.

Now I've seen the note that the app may not work on my device, but I decided to try it out anyway, and oh my god, were they right. Once I open the app, it crashes and kicks me out! I can't even create a picture without it closing immediately after loading up, saying “The app has stopped working.” This game was fine a few years ago, but now it's just totally unable to be used. I'm not giving it one star because I believe it's fixable, but I hope in further updates it's fixed please!!

It's great overall but you know when you try to make videos, and the thing pops up and says.. "Allow ZEPETO to access Storage. You can use this function after allowing storage space on your device's settings" Then you hit "storage" .. I was having trouble finding out how to do and I tried to look it up and that wasn't help.. so if anyone knows what I'm talking about and you know to do it please tell me. Personally that's the only thing that was bothering me.

This app is addicting, the customization is great and so are the other features within the app. However, there's a problem I'm having. When it comes to accounts, I always like making multiple, but I just can't here. Everytime I try sign in to an account there some weird warning sign that never goes away. I've even redownloaded the app and it STILL doesn't work. Not only that, but support says the warning should go away in a little bit, but I waited several hours, and nothing! Please fix this!

It's a great app. You meet new ppl, friends, and you get to choose from different clothing, making to millions of different clothing combinations. Also being able to show off the outfit. But lately I have been having trouble posting pictures, the templates are fine to post, but pictures I can't post at all, always saying there was an internet problem, even though I've been on a stable internet connection. Overall, it's a great app, and I enjoy it very well.

I love the app like a lot. But recently I havent been able to add any sounds. And I'd really like to add more sounds. I don't know why this is happening but if you could fix it it would be great. (I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it a few times already) I also am wondering why my free zems store thing has been temporarily suspended. I didn't do anything wrong.everytime I try to upload a video not from Zepeto it says temporary error.

Ever since I have downloaded this app, I'm starting to think it is a virus or some type of hacking system. When I close the app the music keeps playing, when I reopen the app, my character has a red mask on and some weird creepy stuff. It is impossible to take off. When I try to change my character, it just makes my screen go black. I don't know it it is a bug(s) but please fix it, it does not make sense anymore and it is really weird and creepy please fix I don't really recommend downloading.

I love this app and have been addicted to it for a while including I'm the past as I had redownloaded it recently since I took a break. I just have one problem. The method on getting zems through surveys is so tedious and time consuming. Not to mention, more than half of the surveys will kick you back to the home page of the survey choices if it things "you're not a good match" for that particular survey. If there was a simpler way to get zems, and not just one at a time, that'd be great.

It's good but I'm always experiencing Glitches like when I Try to post with someone I try to post it and it doesn't always says "An Network Error Occured" when there's nothing wrong with my connection. Then there the glitches where I make a video , the animation lags out all the time. Plus the Ears and tail animation doesn't work either when it comes to videos.

I like this game, but Im having a bit of an issue.. Whenever I want to post something it'll say "Temporary Error" even when my Internet is perfectly fine. I have reinstalled it multiple times, but it keeps saying the same thing.. I have an android, but still it should not be that much of a problem because my device has enough space/ storage. If you can fix this, it would be much appreciated, Thanks! 🙏

It was great, but not the best experience. I tried making a short video but then it said temporary error, try back later. Also I thought there was no plus size characters then I looked around for ages and finally found it, what I'm tryna say is that the game is kind of hard to comprehend when you're new to it. But overall this game and how u play is unique and I love it very much🤭😭
