New user. Impressed so far, apart from the fact that Google Pay seems a little glitchy using Zilch and takes more than one tap to go through ( other cards work fine with one tap. ) Other than that, very useful.

When I first started using Zilch it was great now it's useless! My payments just get declined which is very embarrassing when you're at the till with a trolley full of shopping! The customer service is a joke. You just get told the same thing, it's your bank refusing the payment for security. Try again in 24 hours. 24 hours later the same issue! Even if you change your linked bank account to another one so it definitely isn't the bank declining anything!

So far so good took a little time to get used to it and I'm waiting to see if it helps with my credit report or if it even appears on it, I'll have to update in the near future so far it's cost me to make some transactions and it's helped me to make others and spread the cost but I'm not sure what I really think yet...!

I've used this for around 6 months now. I use it for every purchase and get cash back on all transactions. I don't use the buy now pay later but it's nice to know the option is their of I do ever require it. Super simple to use and never had any issues.

Great app to use. Very helpful. Easy to use and easy to follow instructions. People should join as this will help.. but its a pain if you change phone and don't get to change it on app. As there is not easy way via email to get the to change it. Its a pain I can't access mine now . Not happy

A good service but the app and website are extremely buggy, only about 50% of the time am I able to login with my pin as it doesn't register the clicks (every other app is fine and always has been) and when on the app/website it frequently comes up with an error msg when trying to make a repayment, would only recommend zilch in an emergency

Worst company to deal with. Refund policies are lengthy. Customer service agents are untrained and clueless. If you have to return an item, it will take you through a loophole with no results. My refund for £300 product is on-going since 3 months and they still neither refunded the amount nor cancelled scheduled payment.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews on things, but Zilch is genuinely brilliant. Easy to use, generous credit limits, really affordable and always available. The customer service is great, and you can even snooze repayments!

If there was a zero to rate the service, I would. I can't wait to finish paying what I own. I've never dealt with the worst company like this. From a cheif in charge that ignores my email to his bad customer services. All bad, I will not refer or advise no one to use this service. Better off with Clearpay, good customer service, and actually respond with a solution not charging me more

Useless customer service! I was charged £3 fee twice for a single order, despite providing screenshots and all the proof they asked, they still refused to make it right and kept blaming merchant! Also having an inconsiderate attitude like it's not their problem! Be aware that if ordering from a place where they allow amendments (like groceries) for any adjustments prior to delivery, Zilch will take multiple fees for any change in the order!

Tried to contact Zilch trying to raise a dispute over a recent purchase. I was not able to get in touch with them through phone or chat. The app doesn't support chat features as it keeps taking me back and forth while chatting to a BOT. Tried calling and it says line was not working. Very poor customer service.

Awesome little App. Easily manage purchases and pay over 6 weeks is a great idea.. also pay it off quicker and your balance to spend goes up depending on how you use your account. Customer service is amazing too.. if you need to speak to someone the live chat support is awesome and you speak to someone who actually speaks proper english. Gets 5 stars from me and its only 5 because you cant put 10 stars in

95% setup but keeps saying I need to verify my email. There is other emails from them but nothing relating to verifying my email. Went back on the App several times to finish setup which takes me to my email to verify my email but nothing there. Then I went on their chat to state the problem and STILL not resolved. Absolutely zero assistance. Deleting now.... useless!

Very handy App - it's not the cheapest to use, but if you need a stop gap to tie you over, it works a treat. The App takes sometime getting used to, but the overall user experience and features are easy to operate and fairly intuitive.

Absolute lifesaver, cheers. It's the future of payments. Very useful because you can use it anywhere to buy "anything". My only gripe is that you have to fiddle with the app to enable a fee discount every time you use it - this should be automatic. Messing around with my phone at the checkout is embarrassing.

Terrible app. Enabled fingerprint sign in and and still have to log in. Can't link my debit card, cant see the zilch card details even though I press the button to reveal them. Uknown registration errors, even after I get past the verification stage. When My phone and the app are updated, turned off and turn on again, uninstalled and re-installed the app, cleared the cache and still doesn't work. If I could give no stars then I would. Can't think of an app that's worse.

I like the idea of the app, especially the rewards. But I wasn't aware there was an unspecified time limit between activating your card to pay for something in full, and actually paying. Resulting in getting charged for purchases rather than rewards. This is especially important if you are using it for an online grocery order. But it could be a problem no matter what you are buying. The pay in 6 is great though.

Pretty good and works anywhere but a few stores have did a one dollar hold before the full amount and then declines because it counts as one transaction. If they could change that I'd give it 5 stars. Maybe allow purchase only for a minute after activation or something Update: this app was pretty good at first, but now they charge half the amount then the remainder in 3 rather then split in 4 and now charge 3 dollar fee for stores outside of what they have which is almost every where I use it

Never had any issues with Zilch and I have used it alot over the last few years. It is very easy to use and so long as you pay it back when it is supposed to be paid back then your good. Paying the instalments back early does help to raise your credit limit and you get rewards if you use it to pay for things in full so win-win. Thank you Zilch you helped me a few times.

I made my first purchase with zilt and Amazon. They did not split the payment into four payments. They took the full ammount. Once I added up the several amounts picking out of my account. The total was actually more than the amount I spent. If you're supposed to be able to take it out in payments of four, there six transactions in an hour and a half? Beware. Be warned Be careful because customer service just repeated when's first payment is paid? My amount that I can use will be upped.
