I like this game, and im playing it for months now, and i even buy a gold coin, but the problem is while im in game it automatically full me out of the game why? I have good internet service fyi.. Hope you will fix it..

Hello..tech support..can you check what happened with rainy fishing? Suddenly, I can't access it anymore and I am unable to use the "energy" that I have just purchased. I still have two hundred plus of unused "energy" left.

why it is always hang-up and then crashed up. irritating really. how it will be solved. liked the game really but once you are in near to hit the pot money , then problem arises. too bad.

I love tong its zinplay and it used to be easy to play before but now always installing or updating like everyday , if you open two hours ago and you will open again its installing again and it takes like 6-to 8 hours before you can open tong its again and if you are playing in higher bet suddenly it will lagged and you will find yourself out of the game or its playing by itself until you lose all your money. Hope you will fix it asap. Any other game doesn't have problem like the tong.its......

This zingplay is a scam how many time they deducted my money from my bank account by Google pay then I reported it i got refund message from Google pay but there's no refund at all so I decided to change I removed from Google pay maybe there is a problem,then while I'm playing they still deducting money from my account without purchasing I got a message from my bank account, So I deleted again. Don't keep ur bank account online payment they will deduct money without your knowing.

It's not good it's like a scam that they don't want you to exit.. I experienced when i want to exit i taught im out of the game and i have a lot of money, but when i came back my money became zero.. I am just wondering what happened??!! Im really disappointed.. 😔

Please aware this games.. It happened to my account, I use this games sometimes to buy golds... Now I have problems my account, this games automatically take money from my account, without my permission, 4 transactions from this games, take money from my account... I already reported to the bank.. The bank told me, to unsubcribe this games.. But the problem, I don't know, how to unsubcribe... 😭😭😭 Please awara everyone's,

I play pusoy and i buy a lot of gold.. all of that is loose.. i never win.. they always giving small number to me.. and the players always lock.. its not pair! if they saw you buying a lot of gold they will give you small number of card.. again its not pair! I will not play this game anymore if you dont change it..

The game is good dont get me wrong but I think since they've reach a good number of players and became popular, the maintenance team is slacking off. Not rectifying the issues and bugs event if issues has been raised. #1 No Proper Customer Service. ( If you want to raise an issue, you have to message them in FB ) For a well established app their Customer Service is not up to the standards. #2 Issues on their In-Game Purchases. ( Note : Till Now they havent fix it ) 🥱😴💤

I like this game i enjoyed and im feeling addicted, my problem is when my coins is getting high that coins also for playing is getting more high. For example if my coins is 60 only then the amount for playing is 4 or 6 deducted in my coins if my coins reach 100 they will deduct 20, if my coins reach millions the deduction for playing is 400. There's no other way to play that they can deduct only little so i can enjoy my 1m its so irritating. Pls help.

this games is okay at the beggining,but when you're in the middle of the game suddenly one player gone! only two players left but still that other player keep picking cards evern he's not in the table. and the very worst part is when i entered the table worth 5m i suddenly left before it started. after 30mins.when i open and play my gold before was 30million.the remaining gold was only 5million.what the f°°°k is going on? please fix..i played the whole day to reach that high then suddenly gone!

Love the game...dont mind paying for gold at all. But what i did notice is that you lose your gold VERY QUICK...Once you buy gold you MAY win 3 games the most and the rest is down hill. Tomorrow i will make ONE more purchase just to make sure this is the way it is. (i hope not) smh... if i feel the same way, i will be done with it...i wish the dealing of the cardf were ture to life..

I'm enjoying playing this game but I don't understand for some reason they're just kicking me out in the middle of the game due to "internet connection problem" and I'm really disappointed because I don't even experience low connection while the game is running... I even checked my connection and play MOBILE LEGEND and my connection is good... How come you're doing such thing ZING PLAY??? so disgusting 🙄🙄🙄

Very addictive game but the in between game is not good some of my money that I won it didn't go to my account its corrupting our money! Please fix it! I didnt notice it when I have more than 10 million money but less than that I noticed it. It happened to me 3x already😭😭😭and fix the Ifish hunter I can't go back to the makn menu if Ifish

A very disappointing game, aside from wrong rules in pusoy, they steal gold coins. I lost million gold coins in just 2 hours of logging off. I even won my last game and after 2 hrs when i came back, my coins were all gone. Long time issue or maybe no, intentional issue so people who are addicted in playing this game will buy gold coins from them.NEVER BUY GOLD COINS, YOU WILL ALWAYS LOSE IF YOU START IT. NEVER BE FOOLED BY THESE ADMINS. Go eat my gold coins! You need them morethan i do!

I love Tongits Zingplay. There were just some issue that I hope you fix asap! Whenever I play in the tournament whether I register under 50k or 100k gold coins the game always get lagged, reconnects everytime, and to my surprise it played on it's own. The ending??? You will not even get the chance to play your own cards until you lose. So unfair and very frustrating. 👎👎

The positive about this game is very addictive and it is fun to play with others. My only issues is when my internet is hanging particular Pusoy games wherein everytime it hang it lose my momentum and it is always crack my game. There are certain games that I am on a roll but when my game hang i lose it and worse of it the hard earn points are gone easily in a jiffy because of my games got hang and I cannot do anything about it
