Godsend this app .. Period! I feel so bad for everyone who doesn't know Zocdoc exists yet and they are still enduring having to change doctors, find specialists etc. the old way, which can take months!! This app has saved me enormous amounts of time, lessened my anxiety and stress levels tremendously and I'm extremely grateful to have found it!

The best app I have ever used in my entire life. This is app makes going to any doctor easy. It helps in ALL WAYS. From finding closest to you to finding which takes your insurance , so you don't get an unexpected bill in the mail... it helps book appointments. This app also sends gentle reminders of yearly appointments for general health. Like yearly dental cleaning, yearly mammograms., gyn pap smear, etc.. etc.. I recommend this app to all newly hire.

Great app! Scanned my insurance card and it found people within my network (tested by looking them up in the Florida blue app and they had 0$ copays!!)..also love that you can see available appointments and schedule right in app without having to call! Also the review system is perfect it actually makes me want to use it when my first visit comes up. I feel like this is an app I wanted but never tried. Thanks nosleeppodcast!

This app would be great if the staff behind it communicated properly with the doctors' offices. I've had three different doctor offices now call to tell me that their office appointment times do not match up with what's listed on ZocDoc and express a dislike for the app. Having to call and reschedule is not only a hassle, but completely nullifies the convenience of being able to book an appointment without a phone call. The best this app can offer is a way to find a doctor without going to your insurance provider's website.

The app is pretty straight forward and easy to use. There's a little bit of a disconnect between the app and doctor's offices on whether they take the intake form or not, but that's not the app's fault. I rated them a 3 because their customer service isn't amazing and it's hard to leave a negative review because they screen them harder than positive ones.

Just signed up for my first visit. Online booking is great One problem, the app allows to enter only one insurance card. I have Medicare + supplemental private insurance. Can't enter the latter. THANK YOU FOR REPLY. I didn't have any problem with the doctor's office they accept secondary insurance. My comment was specifically about the app. If you want to save the patient time, provide an option to enter additional insurance, otherwise one has to spend more time at the office to check in.

This app is good for finding providers, especially if from out of state, that are highly qualified for one's medical needs. But, after having set two appointments that were confirmed by ZocDoc, and setting my time aside for it, then having them cancelled only an hour before, I don't recommend it for making appointments through it. Many Doctors charge a consultation fee if they are not informed of the patient's cancelation, yet, I am now told there is no link to their actual appointment book.

I love the concept of having all the doctors I'm one platform with reviews to choose from. However, it seems to barely be accurate. I just had 3 appointments canceled in the same week because either the doctors are no longer at the location or zocdoc appointments availability don't match the actual schedule of the doctors. It makes it hard, disappointing, and defeats the whole purpose of the application.

App used to be great, now I have to log in every time I open it which is annoying as hell. Also can't book an appointment because I'm stuck in a login loop. Tells me to enter my google credentials, I do, it "logs me in" and then I'm right back to the sign in page. I was able to get into my account after trying over and over, went to book and appointment and after I hit book it just logs me out again. Looks like my appointment booking didn't go through. It's literally become unusable.

This app is poor. Hard to use or navigate. Cannot actually search for a Dr. or change search filter options. Even when using filter, search options do not change or reflect what you're looking for. I put in my zip code and results that came up where in three other states no where near where I even live. Search and filter options should be able to be refined and made more specific. Uninstalling as it's useless unless Dr's subscribe and they don't.

The ability to break it down to the reason is really really great! It's really easy to use. I've used it several times now. First time setup and use was easy. It did take a few steps but all questions and instructions was the basic info needed to get the right provider, appt date/time that's covered under your insurance. That always scare me not checking and triple checking insurance. Once appt is booked it asks you if you want to add to my calendar (galaxy 8+). Great feature. Give it a try!! 🥰

Limited. This is a nice idea, but they just don't have enough providers listed. I'm looking for a therapist. I didn't limit it by insurance, and I live in a city with more than a million people. The app showed two therapists in my city and then re-directed me to another state. A quick Google search shows that there are a lot more than 2 therapists in my city. Also, the app could use some rework on how you enter insurance. When I tried to scan my card it identified a completely different carrier.

The information it states is incorrect! I spent so much time on a list of providers, only to find out that the "in person" choice should have never been an option!! I found , of course, because of COVID-19, a lot of providers went telecommunication, or zoom online. I know there are a handful who do "in person", of course with the physical distancing. Which is what I am searching for to meet my needs and situation. Just wasted my time!

Listed my insurance, and all it showed were doctors out of network. There wasn't even a filter option to filter by in network or out of network. If there are no doctors in network (but why wouldn't there be, within my entire state?), then it should say as such. Immediately Uninstalled. Maybe eventually, this app will be good to use, but as of right now, it's useless.

Although very helpful in reading reviews to select a doctor, the appointment system seems to never work. After selecting an appointment, while then selecting my insurance, it gives me an error message that the appointment is no longer available. Then once I did finally get one to work, it ended up being at a different location (over 30 minutes away) than what I had booked.

I absolutely love this app. I stumbled onto it during one of my stressed-out-gotta-find-a-doctor episodes... I have memory/ organization/confusion issues, due to brain surgery. Going to the doctor will literally be pushed off for months, if not years, because of the scramble. This app does it all with my information. Within 15 minutes, I have three doctors appointments I have needed for months, booked. Thank you- this app is remarkable! I highly recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm someone who really hates talking to people. And if something isn't convenient and make sense, I won't do it...... or avoide it. This app though takes all the guess work out of it and I don't have to call a billion people and trying to figure out certain details. I put my insure plan in and the type of appointment I need and a list of providers pops up with my insurance that covers them. They're close or they do video calls. Overall great tool to have!

I tried to filter for insurance but only showed me out of network docs. Wha? Edited/Updated: This app just keeps getting shittier. There's still no way to filter out doctors that aren't in your network. And, when I try to search for doctors in very specific neighborhoods of the city I live in by using the "REDO SEARCH IN THIS AREA" button, it moves the map entirely, zooming into areas that are scores of miles away. It seems like only a tenth of the actual doctors in my area are searchable. Boo!

This app makes it extremely convenient to find a doctor and book an appointment based on my needs. It's also very easy to get in touch with support either by phone or email. When reading reviews on doctors, I recommend checking Google or Healthgrades as well just to get a full picture. Zocdoc will only allow patients to leave reviews based on appointments scheduled through the app.

I have had a great experience using Zocdoc, it's helped me find providers who accept my insurance. I like being able to find and book appointments from my phone. I can reschedule visits, set up follow ups, it's been very convenient and helpful to use! Be aware that if you are a no-show, or cancel too many appointments, you may find your account is blocked. Avoid that by using their feature to add your appointments to your calendar immediately! Super helpful. I highly recommend it 👌
