This is not working AT ALL nor is the technician responding to requests for help. They tell me to click on the link and there is none! When I have asked for help they are silent

It really does work as described. I have a pixel fold and this app is enables me to work as if I was on a laptop

Yep me too doesn't work just get me playing ring around the Rosie you know I really am getting tired of these apps that don't do what they say they can do and why is it google is letting them on here without test drive them.

No way to delete characters/letters when typing on the android keyboard (G-Board).. also no modifier keys for ctrl+alt+tab+esc, etc etc. Also computers show in a random order for unattended mode, would be nice to be able to sort them or at least show in Alphabetical order.

Installed latest version from play store as of 6th November 2019. Using OnePlus 3T with Android Pie. Track pad doesn't work as expected. Keyboard input also not working.

works nice and quick, but boots you after a few minutes on free version. 3 stars because the interface is bad. 2 fingers to right click is a terrible design.

Remoting a pc via an app takes a lot of zooming in and out. But in an emergency at least you can help or talk the client through what is going wrong and how to fix it

Works once in a while. Freezes on my Galaxy S9. This product is much more reliable when accessing it from a desktop computer through a web browser.

My Note 10+ turns into a fireball if I use the app for like 10 minutes. I think it may just lock the CPU to max speed or something. But yeah it's awful, my phone has never been so hot otherwise.

Said an update was available and won't let me open the app when a customer urgently needs help and I don't have my laptop... Clearly Zoho have completely cocked up the update... Gives me the chance to find an alternative solution to subscribe to... Maybe find a cheaper solution for the 80+ machines we manage... One that will work when I need it to!

Love the app but after the recent update, I updated and it keeps popping up saying an update is available with an update button but no way to bypass it and I've already installed the update. Do we have a fix for this? *Update* Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it took care of the issue.

The app should offer the option to use the touchscreen as a touchpad. It is very difficult to see the mouse pointer underneath a very big finger. See the Microsoft Remote Desktop app for a reference on using the touchscreen as a touchpad option.

Disconnects me after something like 10 minutes. When viewing the compare editions, I see nothing about getting kicked off while trying to use the app actively. This used to be pretty decent but I also only used it a few times for family and friends.

This app is useless for remote support. I'm using a Galaxy Tab A 10.1 with a Bluetooth mouse. If I use Zoho Assist through the Chrome Browser, it works as expected. If, however, I use the app the mouse doesn't work at all. It does not move the cursor on the remote computer, you still have to move it by touch. That makes it almost impossible to click on a tiny target like the close window X for instance. This app needs both mouse and keyboard support to make it useful.

Does not nag with ads like TeamViewer and I like that you can turn off analytics for privacy. My only issues is that unattended access should be password protected and when closing windows it sometimes doesn't show closed when it actually is. You have to click refresh to show that it actually closed.

I don't get how/why so many ppl have left negative reviews. Granted, I've only used Zoho Assist for about a week but I've concluded it's the best remote access app I've used and I've tried most. There are no ads. I've used it on Linux, ChromeOS, Android and Windows so far so it functions (well) across platforms. And my #1 fav; Unattended Access connections REMAIN CONNECTED INDEFINITELY and don't time out! This can't be understated. TeamViewer is good but this factor alone makes ZA my preference

I can inagine that this app works well, but be careful because phishing scammers are using it to take control of your phone

Update: shake for feedback was fixed in a recent update, but other issues are still present. | styluses do not work correctly (S-pen). The mouse is a bit lower than where you touch with the stylus, and clicking is extremely inconsistent. | no dark mode. | 2 finger scrolling is very difficult to do and inconsistent. Zooming in gets reset to fully zoomed out as soon as I start to move the mouse.
