Been a really good experience, alot more feature filled than I expected with bot integrations and user privileges. It's easy to get started and does a great job at centralising comms. Only issue I found a bit frustrating on the Desktop app side was the hard limit on longer messages. Tells me I should rather send it as a file. Sometimes I just want to update a team with a few touch points on a channel so that it's easy to read. Limit is too low there. Haven't run into the same usecase on the app

Qliq is over all a great piece of software. But I changed my review from 5 to 3 stars. The reason is that the DND feature does not work and it's becoming a big issue for me, as our company is running 24/7 and Im unable to relax when I have time off, as notifications keeps coming in even in DND time. If it won't be updated to work, I will have to remove the app from my phone.

The performance is acceptable, notification popup smoothly, so far no issue it works as it should be. I recommend this to be used for team messaging.

hi, after update i am unable to receive notifications with sound and no notification sign on application that shows that we receive notification. even i have checked all the settings please resolve issue

Great app for communication with your colleagues! Simple and effective! Can manage all your needs like screen share, meeting, audio call or video in the single space! Loving it 😍 Though the audio call option is not working via mobile!(not sure if it is happening only in Android or in IOS as well)it would be great if the bug is rectified! It would also be great if applying for leaves can also be synced with cliq(if that is possible)like check in and check out option for attendance is available!

TERRIBLE! SO HARD TO USE. NOT USER FRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY NOT PHONE FRIEDNLY. Slack is a much better alternative, requesting zoho team to do the needful and make the app more feasible and more apt for its user to work more efficiently. Not the best app for work, hope for a better update. Also display and asethetic could also do a lot of work. Thank you 🙏

Great Communication Tool! We use this for a group that meets from several countries and it is wonderful. Some don't have text and this is a great alternative. The video conference works excellently. We are able to share files with ease. There are too many abilities to list! Give it a try!

This app doesn't login at all it redirect me to web then on the web it fails to login and if I request OTP and try to login it simply redirects to login page again the worst experience I've ever had on a business platform 😒😒😒😒

When Yahoo messenger quit, we analyzed many and this was one of two that seemed to have everything we needed. It's way better than Yahoo was. I love the search feature across all conversations to find info on a subject in the past. It's great on the smart phone when out of the office. Group chats are so helpful. Love it. Also customer service excellent.

Not very user friendly, meaning that it's not intuitive at all. It's a unsuccessful imitation of WhatsApp. The camera is not immediately accessible to use, only one photo can be taken and sent at a time, there's always a delay with opening the app. I only use it because it's required by my organization, but in general I prefer to use WhatsApp because it's much more user friendly.

It looks like it has been a while since anyone rated thjs app. It appears to be a great alternative to FB owned Whatsapp.... Only one problem... You can't send any messages! I added a friend of mine, I was able to send ONE message and then it quit. Afterwards myself and my friend get message failed notifications. There is no help link on the app, searching the web for help/support is old showing people with the same problem and years later it looks like the problem has not been resolved.

It has allowed me to categorize my texts for executives vs Drivers. Have two systems organizes things for me. I don't have any issues with the app. I use it in conjunction with the email system and office system for work. The only issue I have had, has been with the office/email system going down, not functioning periodically. Which basically acted as if maintenance was being preformed on those systems. Suggestion send email with maintenance dates and times to users so no issues.

The app is pretty good, but there are a few issues with it. It runs very slow, scrolling is choppy, and when sharing a link to a chat from an external browser it takes forever to load in. I am using a brand new LG G8, the phone is fast, it's the app that has an issue. A major improvement that can be made is for the voice notes to autoplay from one to the next instead of having to click on each one. A nice feature to add would be the option to play the vn by 2x speed, like in telegram.
