System wasn't loading jobs into my diclets after constantly being told they are in system by pc user.. Thought it was maybe out dated so updated app and now app won't even open. Honestly this is becoming a joke after previous versions having glitches.

After the last updates the custom layouts for mobile and tablet give problems and sometimes they don't show up. The reports work but the information does not appear correctly formatted under the custom template.

App now a days shows network error.. pls fix immediately. It really gives pressure even if subscription is live. Your app shows network error often, I uninstalled the app, and reinstalled, again it shows the same error. This is second time reminding you in feedback.

A truly awful app. It used to work without issue but now I suffer with regular timeouts when submitting data. A message stating Network Error is displayed with no way to retry or go back. The app has to be closed and then do it all again. All other apps on my handset function without issue. Edit... Over a year on and the same issues still exist. The app regularly stops recognising the on screen keyboard, has issues with transitioning from WiFi to 4G etc. Poorly coded doesn't begin to cover it.

I created a quick application mockup on my computer and accessed it on my phone. Image fields worked when taking pictures with location fencing, but froze when uploading pre-existing pictures taken outside fence limits. I also setup a barcode scan field for unique ID field, but when I try to create a second record from same barcode it just ignores (won't react to) barcode as if not reading it, instead of telling me it's already recorded. So very capable app, but needs better error handling.

So far I am liking Zoho Creator for app development. It is very helpful that it provides development previews for web, tablet and mobile phone usage. My company was about to go with Sortly for use as an inventory management app, but the more we got into its workings, the more we found that it had severe limitations and would not serve our needs. In one day I was able to use Creator to design an app that is much more flexible and functional than Sortly. So that makes me happy. The one feature that I would like to see added, and that I am really surprised that it does not have already, is the ability to click one checkbox to select or deselect ALL items in a list. We typically have around 1,000 items on our lists. We are able to use the very powerful filtering feature within Creator to get down to a group of just a couple items that we need to edit in bulk (another great feature in Creator). But before we can perform our bulk edit we need to select each item by tapping on them individually. When there are 200-300 items that we are updating, this is a tedious and time-consuming process. The web interface is great in that it allows us to select or deselect all with one click but that feature is missing in the mobile phone interface. Hopefully, this is something that they will add in the near future.

I hate this app. I hate the fact that I have to use it all day everyday. Constant glitches constant loading issues constant problems. Links that go nowhere. Randomly reloads and throws me off on the jobs I'll be filling out paperwork for. Constant waiting and waiting and waiting for uploads to complete and then nothing happened having to go back and refill forms reupload pictures. Constantly losing signatures on jobs.

Great app, but still not getting updates as quickly as the iPhone app. I love the new templates for the report details section on computer. The mobile site has a good way to represent all data on a smaller screen, but the android app doesn't show sections or tables or even the data in them.

I work with this app everyday and everyday I'm disappointed. Over the last year it seemingly gets worse day by day. Countless amount of time spent filling out paperwork uploading photos getting signatures and then nothing. Sometimes it looks like it went through and doesn't other times that glitches out and everything is just gone and has to be redone. Runs very slow.

Crashes all the time. As soon as you navigate between apps it crashes. It's the most unstable app I use on my phone and makes doing paperwork an absolute nightmare. I am forced to use it through my work. It was a bit more stable until recently. The last couple of updates have made it increasingly buggy and I think the developers need to try and stabalise the platform so that you can switch between apps whilst using it. Fed up to the teeth with using it.

Dismal performance of this app, has to be constantly connected to the Internet, in case its not (or the connection is intermittent or none at all as it is in most stores one has to actually use it at) it's useless. No offline modus, which would make it so much easier to use. If one has filled all the necessary fields to create a delivery slip, but the connection drops or changes, it is all lost and one can start all over again...

Update, for a second I thought I was getting some help, but that was 3 days ago! They ghosted me, just left me hanging. Thanks Frustrating! The app restarts every time I enter data, and completely kicks me out every third entry. I've sent an email this morning to the address you provided. This issue has been going on for a month, prior to that the app worked fine. I have no choice but to use this app, and I'm losing money because the app will not function properly. Just get it fixed please.
