App is not at all intuitive. The Android phone app won't even allow the ability to copy & paste from the notes section. Tapping on the phone number in the contact section doesn't pull up the contact's number. I can't even copy & paste the phone number in the Android app. I have to click edit & use that screen to copy & paste. Absolutely ridiculous

Just installed this app and unable to open. Sent a mail to report, so I uninstalling. Thank you for viewing my information. Like I said, after reading the reviews and I was convinced, I downloaded your app. I tried to open. It just didn't open. So I sent a report for help and since I didn't get a response within my time line, I uninstalled. Thank you and appreciate your getting in touch. Thank you once again.

Broken dashboards after recent upgrade of dashboard tools on web version. Some dashboard components are completely broken (shows no data) others, especially the chart components, incorrectly show record totals instead of sales dollar amounts, sales quote ammonts, etc. This app was decent when it was working but it's horrible now it's broken.

After my trial period ended, it switched me to the Free Version. Now I cannot log in at all. I've deleted the app and reinstalled to no avail. I was just getting used to using it, and it seemed like a decent CRM app, while it worked anyway. However I no longer can access. Log in issues.

Hello! This app is great, but there are some changes I'd like you to implement. 1. Showing year along with month and date when I select the emails. 2. Adding "remember selected filters" to emails Account-Emails-Applied filters Contacts-Emails-Applied filters I don't want to have to check for information by selecting the filter "all IMAP shared users" every time. I hope these points are taken into consideration. This would help me and the community a lot.

Our company uses Zoho and for the past 3 years that I've been with them, this App has never worked. You always have to make it work. I've spoken to support multiple times and they've never solved any issue. I was told everytime that it must be my (very new and high spec) device (while other colleagues with other devices and platforms have the same issues, always).

Seems a little to hard or intricate to use on mobile. They contacts ability are far better than jobber and quickbooks which I have had many issues trying to get the information properly exported for an up-to-date client list. Until Zoho. I exported to Zoho from quickbooks and it properly sorted my info, then let me export again to a downloadable file format. Very nice touch thanks.

I wish it had a few tweeks though.... I notice that you can't search the whole database like you can in desktop mode. Could use a better way to take down customers calls but all in all a good application. Update: the statement provided below 👇 is a waste of time. Obviously no one still cares. Dozen skipped scheduled appointments, long holds times of hours even days to talk to someone and when you get someone they are usually the wrong person and need to transfer you to another long que.

After contacting support they updated the app to address the problems I was facing in a very short time frame. Very impressive. I've adjusted the rating and will further adjust after using it for a while. Old review: Crashes whenever I try to log in. Completely unusable.

Very cluttered, most of the content on your screen at any given point is not relevant. Biggest issue - when someone responds to the form on my website it goes directly into the Zoho CRM... But the app doesn't give me a notification. This is incredibly annoying. Edit - they responded asking me to 'elaborate on my issue via email'. I think I was specifically clear. Too cluttered, and doesn't notify. Those are the issues.

Honestly trash. I'd say 7/10 times I try and do something, I'm forced to log into a computer to do it. It's borderline worthless. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Zoho's Android app has some real issues... it sucks. Can't search properly, sometimes it'll show only some contacts, sometimes none, and sometimes just keeps searching forever for entries that are found in 2sec on the desktop browser. Also, when you go to go 'back' to the main page when searching, it asks you to confirm if you want to exit the app, and there's no drop down menu in the top left. It really needs some work.

App is clunky, has minimal functionality compared to computer version information, and does alway upload entered information. if you primarily work from your phone I don't recomend

Always has bugs. Doesn't integrate well with the web-based product. Not intuitive or functional enough to be useful.

The functionality on iOS and Android is inconsistent, features on iOS are not on Android and it seems like the development and deploying speeds of features are not even. Its really disappointing because it is overall ok, but as a company if I need to have 2 different instructions to employees depending on the phones they use and 1 of them completely cannot complete a said task, that's extremely annoying and lacking as a paid user.
