Since the new update I have been unable to listen to any voice mails. It won't load them at all. They will it work through my pc which is a real pain when travelling.

We have created new status but those are not visible in the app. Neither canned messages in instant messaging are showing. It's loading infinitely

So far so good. A dark theme for the app would be awesome. I'm only waiting for zoho to apply an SSL certificate to my helpdesk, hope it won't take long :) Edit: wow! The SSL certificate got applied literally minutes after I requested it. Awesome service, recommended!

Liking the app so far. Wish the notifications would clear if I open the tickets from the app (as opposed to notifications). Also sad to to see a full integration with SalesIQ chat, like real chatting as opposed to replying by email. WhatsApp is so cool! Hoping to see same support for IG and Messenger. Please keep the development going, such a huge potential for businesses on the go!

Great for the most part. But if you intend to forward emails to a support email box from an Android email client to create tickets FROM the original sender the experience will be hit or miss (mostly miss). The only one that works for me is the Gmail Android app.

Zoho desk is not working in android I used to have iPhone it works perfectly in ios and it doesn't work in android please fix the issue

Very nice app. Easy to use and intuitive. The Zoho support team is also incredibly helpful. They value feedback, incorporate comments into feature updates and personally keep you informed of their progress.

Grabage. Constant pop-ups claiming I don't have permissions, when I do on the desktop site. Just another tech company trying to sell an overly convoluted service to companies with more money than critical thinking skills. Just a huge time sink. Then, the developer responding with a dozen reasons why it isn't their shite service, or that they'll fix it. Why are you selling a product that isn't workable?

Another app? Every time I want to do something, as minor as it may be, I have to install another app. This is ridiculous. Let me use a browser istead of redirecting me to install the app. Give me a choice. I've so many gd apps on my phone it's impossible to keep track of them.

I discover new functions every single day in this app. ZohoDesk specifically focuses on how to increase the level of customer service you can provide, because due to the software's robust workflows and templates to make the administrative part of ticketing so much more efficient. I'm not paid, I have just worked in the front end tech support sector with a lot of different systems and I love this product. their support is great too.

I am liking the look and feel for ticketing but my big issue is that it only lists customers with a ticket history. I cannot create a new ticket or lookup a customer unless they have had a ticket created in the desktop app first. I imported my customer list via the desktop and expected to see them in my android view. Disapointing.

Good program. Integration with zoho subs all but useless though. Thought it might allow the customers to be synced over but no. You have to import/export the old fashioned way. This app needs an android widget to be more useful. That would really help. I will update once i use it more.

Cannot even tag people correctly within the app (like you can on desktop - literally doesnt even register it even when you do it the same as on pc), doesn't work with an email signature without it automatically formatting it a weird way (like as an email thread). Would be a good app, but it's so buggy you'll have to use the desktop version anyway

The app is so slow. It takes up to 5-10 minutes to update your inbox if it even works. Half of the time it will load of minutes and then show a box "an error occurred, please try again later". The point with an app like this is to be able to check you tickets on the go. So when you are busy and have 10 minutes to check, but you then spent your available time waiting for the app to load instead of being productive, the app just becomes useless.

The app is usable but buggy. You can identify tickets, assign them, reply/close, all the good stuff needed to resolve a ticket however a common bug is when you comment on a ticket or reply to it in the app your comment/response will often end up on multiple tickets rather than just the one you chose. This can obviously cause problems for other tickets when using the desktop app. Also, have encountered an issue where a user who has been added doesn't appear in the app to assign tickets.

The app is not nearly as good as the freshdesk app, but is passable for small ticket chains. However, as soon as you have a large ticket, with lots of replies, it crashes and freezes almost constantly when trying to reply. I'm using a flagship android phone, so I'd expect the phone to be able to handle anything. But I expect the app is designed inefficiently in that it loads all previous responses on the ticket when you try to reply and this is probably too much for the phone to handle.

The biggest disadvantage of this app is that it cannot respond to queries about the Play Store or social media sites via Zoho Android app. I informed customer support about this three months ago, but it hasn't helped.
