Redesign is awesome. Perfect for tracking past revenue, receivables and expenses (across multiple currencies)! Past-due invoices are easy to find and well laid out. Overall an amazing platform.

Easy to use, helpful invoice and records system. The only thing I can find that is an issue is when sending an invoice via email using the app or website on the PC version, the link to show the invoice does not work properly. I now just send the invoice to myself with an attachment and send the attached invoice through my own email. invoices have a small banner at the bottom with Zoho branding / advertising. A small price to pay for a fully functioning invoice system for free.

too many updates has broken this app, i have been logged out of the app now i have to download an auhenticator app, but to use the auth app YOU NEED OTP from the same app you have been logged out from. Absolute bunkers

Was really hoping this would work but no, been waiting for payments from regular payers but nothing, when I checked they had not received any emails for payment, went into their spam files, no matter what setting you have told me to do it hasn't worked. Very stressful 😫

Generally speaking I really like the overall experience, very versatile and flexible. The one main inconvenience we have found is not having a job deposit option built into the invoice itself. Apparently you must create a payment link and send it separate from the actual invoice. This was odd to our first couple of customers, having to make a deposit payment which was separate from the invoice they received. It's also extra back and forth on our administration, hopefully it gets updated!

This is an amazing free program for invoicing. I have used it for a year and a half now and wish I had found it when I managed a previous business. I currently use it for a small handyman business and it's great for tracking hours and expenses. It has made my year end taxes so much easier. A great service that uses the free invoicing to introduce you to all their other paid services. if my company expands, I will certainly use them for other paid services.

I'm a 2 month old start-up with 26 yrs exp for what said start-up provides. Household aside, I've 0 experience on tasks & business efficiency. Micro-research for apps put ZoHo to test, & I am satisfied with my progress. I have zero exp with an invoice app+web platform. I'll always be learning, & I could fuss on excessive functionality, but ZoHo's Invoice was intuitive. The over complexity exists only if you create it, because the UI that greets you is clean. I'd say more--but limit. Recommend.

The software is great, but the customer support is unparalleled. The zoho team is really trying to build functional software and actually listening to customers. aside from limitations due to operation software, they have addressed everything I've brought up, or provided solutions. I've never seen a developer reply so quickly and implement change so fast.

Completely changed my method of invoicing to a quick and easy method with much less time spent on keeping track of time and tasks for specific projects. best part is how I can use the features for free since I only have one client to bill. also very well designed navigation and interface, and best/most customization options I've seen of a free service.

Could still use work. I am updating my review. I have bumped it up a star. Mainly for actually listening to their customers concerns. Very impressive. I still feel there is more needed. Why can't I simply copy any of the info (on my device) to paste it elsewhere. I always have to edit the contact. There are so many options to customize your email templates and such. However, I don't believe that you can customize the main page for client information. Again, they have done some great updates!

So many features for free! I love that I can add projects, tasks, and my own goods/services. What's even better is that I can create my own units for those goods/services. I'm a freelance editor and I charge per word or, sometimes, per page, so it's important that I can input these in invoices. Just a few minor things: (1) the ability to import my own invoice templates (I spent time creating my own and it would be nice to use it); (2) the ability to upload a cover that shows up behind my avatar (right now, the app is very plain looking); and (3) the ability to create a theme from the colors in my logo. The absence of these features in no way negatively impacts the app.

Update: Wow! Best support ever! Fixed the issue I explained below rather quickly. Great Previous.... Again not liking another update. The automatic selecting of overdue or past two invoices is annoying. Now, if I have to find an invoice that was just generated, I have to scroll through the overdue ones or tap the all button. Having to make extra gestures to do the same job is counter intuitive.
