Trying to sign in to email, the app sends me to one auth. Then I have to log in there. One Auth says it sends to my phone yet it never arrives at my device.

Death Spiral! After much time and fuss I opened a Zoho account. But now I am locked out of the Administrator app because it remembers an old password attempt. Before I can click "update password" a "welcome screen" appears. When I close that I am back to logged out status. Death Spiral!

You either cannot delete a group via the app, or it's extremely difficult to figure out. Either scenario is pretty dismal. You also cannot add more than 30 groups, which is absurd.

Constantly spams about my domains not having SPF records even though they do and show verified. Its annoying. Edit: Confirmed that it is now fixed.

Can't login just now after entering the pin. Keeps showing the gear logo and nothing else. There's no way to contact support thru the app becos of this. How unreliable. Why have the gear animation in the first place? It doesnt make my life or work better.

Could not even get passed fixing the incorrect name. 3 weeks in and Tech Support couldn't help me either fix the name or close the account and now I'm ready to blow my brains out so f******. A month in and still no resolution even though the last Tech gave me hope that that incorrect spelling of my name was fixed but somehow it's not. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the name is incorrect and they said I can't close the account because Domain is attached to the incorrect spelling.

I have been using zoho mail since 2017, i never had any issues or downtime. No unwanted recommendations or ads. I would definitely recommend this for corporates and specially small ,medium-sized companies and startups. Some features are paid in other platforms which are free here.

The app is basically useless. Very little administrative capabilities, as you're unable to change the majority of user account settings and absolutely no groups are visible, even when they exist. I fail to see why this app was created in the first place.

zoho really isn't integrated EDIT: each app has a different look and feel, and you have to log in separately. Some objects sync across apps but some don't. Email servers flagged by spamcop at least monthly. This is feedback, not a support request as I'm moving on.

Nice. Helps me manage all my business emails. Though it would be awesome if we could be able to edit everything just like the desktop app.

The Zoho service is great. I'm however having an issue with syncing and push notifications. I signed in with a desktop only to realize that I've been receiving messages for the past 2 weeks which never showed in the app. I've checked my data settings and permissions and ensured that they are properly set up. I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the old operating system on my phone (android 5.0). You have to launch the app and leave the screen on for several minute before it syncs.

The app has some bugs that need to be worked out. For example, the option to enable quarantine notifications via email doesn't work. Setting the option to enabled doesn't actually enable the option. You can confirm this by re-checking the setting and note that it you enabled notification via email, the setting reverts to disabled.

Zoho mail is just another overly bloated, overly complicated product from Zoho that has to many other programs necessary to to make it work. Email boxes do not sync up between devices so you will waste alot of time re-reading old emails. Setting up groups and distribution lists is overly complicated and confusing and like with all Zoho products support does not actually provide support. It is all copy and paste pre-written responses. The support agents literally have no idea how to use the software and cannot help you in any way. This is true in live chat, phone calls and email. All of Zoho's products are giant disappointment as nothing works as expected and everything seems to be purposely made to be complicated and difficult! Almost like they have a department whose sole purpose is to complicate, clutter and make their product confusing and difficult.

Not quite as capable as the desktop app, but it has key info/data Edit: I had a problem when I followed an email link to look at the Zoho-quarantined emails. The Zoho quarantine page was "frozen." I did not realize that the link in the notification email was using my mobile Internet browser, and not this app, to bring up the Zoho Admin webpage. When I used this app, I was able to move around the app's quarantine page. Good job.
