When someone file a Case , I get a notification in the app. But the notification put the Description field in ONE line after Agent. ONE LINE. Basically you can't read anything useful at all. And there is a massive amount of wasted space below for comments and there is no comments for a new case. For goodness sake, put the description in a text area showing everything! Or if you are lazy, simply reuse the Case Details screen in the other part of the app. That is what I expect to see anyway! What's more, pressing the Back button or the back arrow on the upper left corner from this notification screen EXITS the app! And when you launch the app to see the details, you will be presented with that notification screen again, where the only option to go anywhere is that back arrow, which exits the app! Basically the only way escape from this notification hell is to kill the app completely and relaunch it again! Please fix this stupid behaviour.

Takes way to many clicks to do anything. Why does the bottom sheet disappear when I scroll the services page? Unlike other pages the content fits on the screen. Often out of sync with the server, needing the app to be swiped away to update.

Whenever i think this app is bad, it gets worse with new updates. Unable to login for 30 minutes this thing keep showing improve location popup on google maps constantly. Why do luanch this half finished products. Adding unnecessary features to mine location and facial data. It even ask me to turn off battery saver for some reason.

I don't know why our organisation started using this worst app. Doesn't even deserve to be in play store. Leaves updation was like worst than ever. Who else see leaves balance like 8 at the starting year. If I had to take leave which is long then how could I take the leaves more than 8 which was ridiculous. If something updated or raised case and updation on leaves by hr doesn't gets update on quick. More over bugs in app.

Has lots of bugs..Sometime not able to check-in. Always shows a location permission error, though I already given location permission and working earlier. Suddenly stopped.. Re: thanks for quick response. I have followed your instructions. Still not worked for me. And again I am informing that earlier it was working.

The app is horibbly slow. If i checkout, the spinner keep spinning like 5-10 minutes and after that also sometimes it checksout sometimes it doesn't, the same is with checkin. The issues is persistent with other functionality also. It's not an issues of slow internet, I use 4G and WiFi, also have observed the same issue with my friends also.

Always gives the alert, unable to fetch your location. Even after setting location accuracy to Max and disabling battery saver doesn't help. Also opens Google Map for location, but doesn't says what to do next. Unable to understand why corporate implement such norms and app's without prior testing.

This app is getting decline in every update. There so many problem with app that I couldn't able to do the basic task I downloaded this in the first place. For starters, It does not let me 'Check In', always ask for Location services even when it's ON. When it comes to 'Check Out', it still shows Check In even already did it. App is super slow, hangs alot and crash most of time. Developers of this app need to solve these problems as soon as possible.

The app's layout gets hampered everytime whenever I visit inner pages like teammate's profile or my profile. Whenevr I visit inner pages and go back to the dashboard, its layout is getting hampered, the center menu (for adding any leave, regularize or etc) hides from the bottom navigation items and all the screens with bottom bar shifts up and leaves white space in bottom. After facing this issue, if I try to visit inner pages, white screens coming, I had to restart the app again to use it.

Your new update is the worst not able to search for our own team member. By clicking on team members, it gives the pop-up of loading. After that nothing happens. Not able to search for colleagues department 😕

Absolute rubbish. Never shows available leaves. Nonintuitive. You cannot apply leave from Leaves section. After applying leave, you cannot confirm. You have to search for check mark that's not readily apparent. Even after checking out for the day, it keeps sending reminder notifications. It's easy to accidentally check-in or check-out by just clicking button. Swipe would have been better.

Everytime I try to login via mobile, it refresh the internet connectivity and says no internet. But while using other apps nothing happens to my connectivity. Take a lot of time for connecting to GPS, so i have to manually go to google maps and help to track it fast . Need to update on connecting issue.

Suppose my weekoff is on Monday and I want to mark my attendance as a weekoff but no option available for that. This thing is a very worst of this app. Please implement or suggest if I am wrong Thanks.

since last update, its not accessing accurate location while making attendance; even sometimes it detect far city of neighboring country. unbelievable. i checked google maps as well which is working perfectly ok.
