Disappointing App. I mostly used web page login template, template that is not visible for new credentials. Existing records with this profile cannot be edited in app for additional password fields. Overall the usability of the application is very low. Too bad, considering that on PC I have all what I need.

Its a good app but there are way too much glitches that create a lot of usage issues. LIke it will lock the application everytime even if I have enabled it for 1 week. and then it will not fill/show to fill the passwords automatically. This makes app very user UN-friendly. Think of logging in to the app everytime I have to login to a website or app. Its irritating. But I use this to support Made in India Apps.

Solid working app. came from 3 years of Lastpass and want to try a new service. Everything works as designed after i got over the set up process and learning my way around. Might be a bit of a challenge to a user that has never worked with Password managers before. Overall, good app- thank you!

Great app. But kinda bland. A few upgrades would be 1. When I go to a particular category and press add instead of just adding the specific category it brings the generic add button function. 2. Allow to add more than one image in the storage. Ex. I want to store my aadhar card image i have to choose either the front or back or have to put them both in one image and upload it. It would be better to have multiple doc upload. I get the 2mb storage limit but images like that dont take up much.

works well seems to be extremely secure. Suspect other apps may have more extensive auto fill / auto login compatibility. Copy user name and password into new page always works. encrypted auto backups are nice feature. security seems only limited by your choice and care of passwords. PC/web access page works well too.

I love it. I am testing this with Opera Touch, my new default browser. Fantastic! At first, this password transition away from Chrome's auto fill seemed verawkward. I only made 6 passwords at first. Then I became doubtful that this would work. I left everything alone for a week. Now that I am familiar with this, it reliably auto fills my passwords and works easily with my bank app exactly like Chrome used to. This Zoho passwords app works surprisingly well for me. Delightful harmonious bliss!

Latest update with the chat bubble for autofill, doesn't work in Google chrome. edit: Thank You for the effor. Issue still exists after updating to the latest version. Never had this problem with the legacy style from a couple updates ago. I'm going to downgrade until the issue gets resolved.

I would REALLY like this to search not just in the secret name but also in the secret description. An incremental search while I type would save me time, and make it feel like an even more professionally developed app. Other than that, I love it -- it's better than the zoho web site access to my vault because it will show me a picture attachment (if there is one) in one click. Very useful app.

Aesthetically a nice app with a good implementation of the pop up for autofill. Some of major negatives which are preventing from switching to it: NO PASSWORD HISTORY! This is an essential function of a good password manager. Occasionally the popup does not show and I have to click onto the user entry field a few times for it to eventually show. No support for updated Android 11 autofill via keyboard (actually no keyboard autofill options at all) Will be returning to Bitwarden for now

This app isn't bad for a free, basic, but simple to use. A safe space to store passwords and other important stuff. I wanted something that works on both my Android and iOS devices, could generate passwords and keep them safe. I just copy and paste passwords as and when I need them. The password generator is good enough to create a complex random password if needed. It sure nicely within the 'Zoho Family' of applications.

Meh. I am disappointed. Switched from Lastpass. The Draw fill doesn't work well. I tried with Twitter and I had to enable "old" apps support and once it worked one other time it didn't. After entering my username and password it never asked me to save them in the vault. I also don't like that the icon pops on the right side and not in the password area like Lastpass or Bitwarden. Uninstalled, maybe I will give a second chance if they fix these things

So far it's been great. I read it holds everything encrypted. I wouldn't take it otherwise. Thank you

My experience as a personal user has so far been decent. The UI also seems okay but why does the logo look like a stupid monitor? I hope Zoho changes it to a more sensible one.

You don't provide a way for someone to delete their Password Vault Account. The only way to do it is by resetting the master password, which clears your passwords, but still retain your account. This is dishonest.

I've been a Zoho user for a long time. On a computer, the experience is great, but their apps are just frustrating. The Zoho Vault app doesn't let you log in or use it at all. It's been like this for months and I'm sick of waiting and having to use Chrome on Android. You can't just use their website on mobile either. You have to "view as desktop" within your browser to even be able to log in. Seriously, it's the worst experience I've ever had with an app or service, unfortunately.

Got very frustrated with another PW manager, decided NOT to renew its premium. Tried 3 after reading reviews in CNET and PC Magazine. Other 2 were fails, especially in Android. One was a fail even in Brave on a Linux machine, isn't a PWM supposed to like FILL IN THE FIELDS? Zoho, on the other hand, WORKS. Can even easily open sites on Android. The only picky thing is a fussy CSV import and field mapping, and your folders/tabs get tossed, but it works so good besides that, it still gets 5 stars.

My favorite password manager! I did a review on YouTube (search Haxortech password manager) and chose this as my favorite password manager. Granted, I don't use Autofill often, but in general, the interface and service is simple and intuitive for a completely free offering. The few features lacking on mobile ie custom fields, work well in desktop and it definitely fit my need!

For the most part it works very well. There are certain apps it just doesn't respond to despite enabling support for old apps(the zoom app for example). Also when you're logging in to a site you have multiple accounts with, instead of displaying the user names available for those sites it displays the site addresses making it impossible to discern which account you wanted to login with unless you exit and open the app to check or pick one and hope that's the one you wanted

Love the app but it would be really helpful if there was an option for adding a second URL in the password profiles. And there's a small problem, the autofill doesn't work all the time. If I wanted to login to my messenger as an example I've to tap and hold then tap autofill and choose my account and sometimes it just doesn't show anything.

I'm a Zoholic on Zoho One and use a ton of incredible Zoho apps to run my business. Finally decided to give Vault a try (using Bitwarden now, LastPass before) and seems like despite advertising saving "any secure note", I don't see an option to add a text note. Also, a big one: aren't identifies supported? Only passwords and no name, address, etc. auto filling in the online forms? These functions are standard in the other apps I use. Not worth a switch for me yet, if this is true, sorry.
