Don't book through them, their system is messed up. Their customer care is worse. I have mailed them still no response and my money is stuck it's been 3 months and I am still chasing them.

Very bad service. No wifi, no cleaning on time, cockroaches everywhere in the room, water and electricity issue. Can't work because of no wifi. Extremely late response to your requests.

The expirience of booking a room and getting it is very frustrating as you get to know the hidden costs and other terms and conditions only once you arrive. Leaving the room is even more frustrating all due to their unnecessary confusing app and interface. The supervisor was mostly unavailable at the site who can clear your confusion in person. I would not recommend it. Find a PG through a broker. It's much simpler and clear.

worst App. Not properly working..zolo helpdesk is so arrogant and not consumer friendly..trying to loot consumers and their hard earned money. Lot of hidden charges and not transperant on payment details

Worst experience. Managers are useless.. Zolo brings updates in the dates where you can't unsubscribe the subscriptions but the amount of subscriptions will be added in the upcoming month making sure that you have no option than paying that. Very worst experience. It's not wirth for the money you give if you not taking advantage of co living.

Horrible experience, especially pertaining to customer service. None of the managers is honest, and they promise one thing and will do something almost completely opposite to what they have promised. Utterly disappointed!

Worst thing you can choose for a PG. Customer service is the worst if you ask one concern they will answer for something else. Charges are not clearly mentioned and the property manager doesn't disclose the charges at time of booking. They charged me for 2 shearing room even I booked a é shearing room and after reaching out to they they gave a link to check the prices there also mentioned charges were for 2 shearing room still they didn't admit that they made a mistake. DON'T BOOK.

They charge 1950₹+18%GST as exit fee which allegedly goes toward maintaining hygeine/cleaning etc non-sense. However if you ask them receipt, they stop responding to your ticket and automatically start refund process (Yes, if you don't accept their settlement and raise this query)

worst experience. had booked a single occupancy room 1 month back - and had followed up 5 times post that at intervals about surity on providing the bed allocation. just the day before onboarding- caretaker calls and says can't give the room plz cancel on your end- i had not seen any other accomodation as i had already considered this one. upon calling the customer care, they behaved indifferentlt and said they can't help it. absolute unreliable and hassle full experience. Not recommended AT AL

Zolo Aikin is a poorly maintained property. Their lifts are usually down for 3 to 4 days and people has to use stairs from 4th floor. The electricity infrastructure is also very poor and most of the time there is disruption in power due to which also lifts and other equipments doesn't work.

it's a scam overpriced and not worth it. They charged me 9000 for a month's stay in a 2 sharing room. The room was so small and the food wasn't included and had to be paid for separately. The property manager was not reachable at all.

My advice to all those seeking a PG to live. Please avoid. It is only good for people who are in groups. Strictly a NO NO for individuals. The App will show one amount, then they will charge more, not even willing to adjust the amount already and force pay the deposit amount Once You vacate, they take their own time to refund, and deduct the amount as per their will and provide balance. You will get much better local alternatives. Mind You no option for food. No change of bedsheets.

Do not pay a penny to ZOLO without visiting property by yourself. Because once you pay rent, booking amount and deposit, they don't care what happens after that and believe me or not there are variety of hidden charges afterward like notice issue amount of ₹ 2000 + gst, after that rent for balancing days of notice period, if you are living property earlier than 30 days then exit fees and electricity bills, etc and until you pay all these expenses they don't refund deposit after deducting ₹2k.

app is good but the service is not. I saw so many reviews on reddit etc. Looks like most of them are paid. It looked good until I was actually living there. In current the one I'm living rn, I have to pay for electricity, no food service available, laundry not available (at the time I wrote this review), bathroom drainage system isn't working. Water gets clogged. The manager is not reachable and process is very slow. The app in itself is good but the irl implementation is not good.

This app feels like a scam with terrible service — constantly trying to cheat customers, with missing services and money taken without proper support. At the very least, improve your app and ensure smooth payment processing. If you're struggling to fix these issues, feel free to consult me.

nothing like they showed or described. don't have high expectations. be very careful about exist fees and notice period. read the LLA very carefully(a document that they sign without your permission) over all, not worth it. but if you have no other option you can go for this. just be careful of the terms and conditions
