It was a great game until the pets got nerfed without compensation. To go from a +300 attack AOE power pet, down to 0 single target without giving players compensation in the new mechanic system is a tough pill to swallow. Its fine to rework the game mechanics to allow for better customization of the pets, but players spent wasted money in the form of crystals to build their pervious pets for it all to get wasted. Makes you not want to invest any time into the game for fear of a progress wipe.

It has a solid foundation and is quite quarky, but the game highly incentivizes you to purchase the "no ads" feature, which costs $30. Almost every system in the game requires you to watch ads. Even resetting your equipment level so you can level up another item requires you to watch an ad. Also, all other features such as battle passes and such cost 10-20 usd based on the BP Tier. If you have money to blow, then this game might be worth it to you.

The game is your typical mob survival game. It's enjoyable for a while, then becomes relatively repetitive with its upgrades. What's not enjoyable is the limitation to gameplay due to energy consumption! What grinds my gears more than RNG is needing energy to play a game. Developers want you to play their game, yet they want to limit how often you can play to force you to spend money. Might as well not even make the game!

Amazing game, but adjust the energy system. Graphics artstyle and gameplay, all the systems are well made. Even the music is really well made not repetitive, reminds me of Borderlands in a way. But that energy system keeps you down. Definitely something special here. Appreciate the developer feedback! Would also love to see more variety in base weapons! Other than pistols. But yea, Keep up the good work!

I really enjoyed this game and it's take on a familiar game style. Originally I gave it 5 stars but came back to lower the score & give feedback. As far as I can tell, energy only regenerates while you're in the game. You can use ads for a small resupply but eventually that runs out. What a crazy feature to have, it's not worth playing the game if you have no energy to play when you return. Once this is fixed, it'll be playable and much more enjoyable!

The game itself is solid and fun. However, energy recharges much too slowly, which is a cash grab if we're honest. The developers responded to a different review saying it recharges quickly, but it takes 60 minutes to recharge 1 energy. This is not quick. A normal stage takes 5 energy. Most games have a 5 minute per 1 energy recharge time. This should be changed to match other games.

80 gems for 3 green keys is literally just a scam 😭😭 i actually keep finding more absurd nonsense the longer i keep playing the game. i don't think they know basic math. its 20 just to buy a green box. why would anyone with a brain waste 20 extra, instead of just opening 4 green boxes for 80? patrols and everything cost energy as well, unlike other games of this variety. so you're either waiting real time to regen energy or watching an ad to give them money. no merge all, either. pretty lame.

The game looks good. Seems like it'd be fun. Then, the difficulty on level 2 is ramped up way further than your character can possibly handle without better equipment while not allowing you to change said equipment. Then the game kept forcing me to open the shop tab for seemingly no reason, so I believe this game is trying to force me to spend money. No thanks. 0 stars. Waste of time. Download Archero or something instead....

"Zombastic: Survival Game is a fun and engaging zombie survival adventure with great graphics and exciting gameplay. I was really enjoying it, but I ran into an issue where my character stopped responding to movement controls. Hopefully, this can be fixed in an update because the game has a lot of potential. Looking forward to jumping back in once it's resolved!

Really poor game design. Increased difficulty on boss challenges consists of a cluster of attacks that your character isn't fast enough to escape. Add on that attacks damage you even if your feet aren't in the area of impact on the ground and you just have a frustratingly unpolished game. Also, having no option for manual aiming just cheapens the whole thing. Overall, not fun and poorly thought out.

Overall the game has a solid foundation and I will only focus on a few cons. -The bosses take too long to fight. -There is a lack of description of what items do for your character. i.e. Health Boots. Do these replenish my character health or give more health bar or nothing? -Pet revive takes too long. I usually just let it lay dead to keep safe. -Unlocking new weapons. I'm on lvl 24 and only unlocked 2 weapons. -Pick up items like health seems weak.

Great gameplay, great art style! I just started the game, one thing I can see I really like is how the devs are not abusive when it comes to ads, there are no "watch ads to skip the set of skills or re roll" No ads interruptions during gameplay is a must. I will continue playing the game and see how late progression works.

Bosses and lack of weapon bonuses takes the wind out of any momentum. it takes 8-10 minutes to kill a boss after 2 minutes of regular game play. Then 3 more minutes....and another 8 minute boss. They're not even hard, I usually end up suiciding the character because it's literally so boring. what's the point in having 50 different styles oh guns and armor...but no set bonuses?? what are we doing here people. these are two basic requirements for playing games. Fix this and you got a 4.5 star

After level 30, the game becomes nearly impossible to beat. I spent over 20 minutes just running around trying to take down the bosses. They've added new heroes, but unfortunately, nerfed the main one, making things even harder. On top of that, unlocking the new heroes requires spending anywhere from $100 to $500 in coins. Seriously, come on

this was seriously SUCH a fun game... until I hit like level 28. it has become impossible without spending $. and i actually do not mind spending a few dollars here and there on mobile games, but when a game basically MAKES me spend money to process, that's a hard no. it really stinks, too, because the game play is good. the art style is awesome. but, the guns SUCK. you should be able to upgrade them way quicker. and the boss takes way too long to kill. this game really COULD be awesome.

Still too many tiny issues that add up to less than best experience. Weapon refresh is way too sensitive and they put the refresh, or even worse, the "watch ad to refresh" right where your finger is to control the character. You will hit it just trying to lift your finger way more than so you will like. Enemy scaling is still way too harsh. Same enemies take 3-5 shots that used to take 1-2 two levels earlier. Feels unbalanced. Still way too many weapons/armors leading to long rank up times.

Hi. I love that game for its fun and challenging gameplay. However, high in-game costs, static rewards despite increasing difficulty, hard-to-get crystals, achievement glitches, and a cumbersome merge system often make progress frustrating. Still, overcoming tough levels and completing achievements feels rewarding. With better balance and smoother mechanics, this game could be much more enjoyable. I would send an email explaining in detail.

updated : had to take down 2 stars, as the progress is actually very slow... that after merge rare, there's rare with red star, instead get an orange one.. so, I don't know how long to get orange weapons.. and oh my, The game movement is so slow, and for a simple game, it takes 10-20 mins just to survived 5 waves..!!! i watched ads rewards, spent diamonds wisely, but even spending money doesn't guaranteed any! so, sorry, uninstalled your game, only if you give possibilities to get orange one

It's fun in the beginning, pacing was fine and felt rewarding. Once you hit about level 28-30 (experience) the game hits a huge spike in difficulty and cost of upgrading. Unless you want to spend money. It's clearly when they expect you to pay, or grind. I don't want to replay the same level over and over for a couple of things (desert, 16) because you can't go back to ANY LEVEL. Sadly I'm uninstalling after this because of similarities to every other "freeium" game. Go buy a game on Steam.

The game starts off very fun and addicting but the more you progress, the more you realize how unbalanced this game becomes. The hero is weak, the low level weapons he has sucks, lame monster ability where the enemies then move faster than you, etc. The boss battles are too long and boring where all you're doing is walking in circles. All of these issues has lead me to uninstalling so the developer's greed in a pay to win game also means they won't get ad revenue from me neither.
