Was really enjoying playing this alongside my partner, developing our own zoos, but the ability to watch videos to speed development being removed has literally killed the enjoyment. Because we have played for a while and got so far, any new purchase, habitat etc can take a very long time to build and upgrade, making the game far less appealing to pick up and play multiple times daily. Sad really as until then would have been 5 Stars probably

Great game, the graphics and interface is good. Great thing the ads doesn't pop out of nowhere. The game could use a full edit mode where you'll start with a blank space and freely modify the zoo to the user's content. Additional starting tools would be nice since there are lot of stuffs to upgrade, providing at least 5 wouldn't hurt the devs.If there's one thing missing that would be an encyclopedia for the card collection, so that it would be much entertaining and educational at the same time.

Sparkling Society have done it again! They have brought out an amazing game that is so easy to play. I love that the quests don't push you to go on with the story; I can easily focus on building up my Zoo and decorate it without any pesky quest reminders (like I have seen in other, similar games). Animals are cute. I have a couple of suggestions so I'm going to pop them in an email as I'm running out of characters lol... keep up the good work, team!

Game is nice and advance quickly. However, it lost its advantage (speeding things up with ads as many times as You wish). Game keeps crashing when playing ads. Most of the time ads Not working. Support provides useless feedback and insist that Ads are working properly. P. S. : I have no connection issues and sufficient free space. Would give higher rating if support is more helpful and those issues are fixed soon. Also game shuts down whenever I minimize it, which is really annoying.

This game is cute and good for relaxation. Definitely has design flaws, the biggest flaws include being forced to go through an introductory demonstration every time an event is on, even if you've done it several times already. It's incredibly frustrating. The second flaw is there are popups that randomly come on the screen while you're in the middle of doing something with zero warning. Also, the ability to delete items you don't want would be helpful. It's hard to sort through all the junk

I like the game. However there is one thing I find annoying about the ads. Sometimes when you've watched a few, the game will refuse to load anymore and you have to exit and reenter. It's very irritating. Another glitch I have found is that when I exit the game, it will not register what I did in the game during the last 2 minutes, which sometimes loses me a lot of progress. I also hope that the game adds in more animals, particularly smaller and larger animals such as rodents and whales.

This is such a fun game. You do stuff, let time pass, and come back later, and it is done. It is so much fun. My only complaint is coins. The coins become harder to earn as you progress, and as you progress, things cost way to many coins. Habitat becomes to a point where you have to save coins to get them while there are events when you can use coins. I still love the game.

Was fun at first but became boring rather quickly. I love zoo sims, but the UX is clunky. After growing your zoo it takes too long to gather the money & event items (shouldn't have to click twice!!). There should be a gather tool to can click & swipe to gather it all as large zoos have a hard time collecting quickly. Could add a "watch ad to collect all" option. At first food was plentiful, but then I could never keep up production & it costs too much to constantly add energy. I uninstalled.

Wish there was more hammer tools you can build more at a time. 5 instead of 3 would be perfect.was stuck on the breeding mission for a week because of lack of card sets. Now I'm at the point that there are no more missions as of yet(lvl41) which makes game play kinda boring when you have nothing to work towards. I need to expand my land but shovels are very hard to come by. be cool if there was other play features by the board walk for the pier and parking lot. Overall fills the void of zoo

Very restrictive game, slow progress...dull cuz you're in n out of the game too fast. Everything in the game is too expensive n takes way too long to build things n expand...you also need green gems, which are scarce. Graphics are ok, could be better. Phone screen is very sensitive for touch play so just trying to move around causes you to inadvertently touch an animal exhibit and then you have to feed the animal, and you have limited feed available. It's a typical Sparkling Society game.

I really like the game. I do think that acquisition of some items (like the ones used to expand the zoo) should not cost money to get. I like playing and advacing but not always spend the money to get the shovels so I feel stuck and that makes me lose interest in the game. Yes, you can get them random but I think I have only gotten them twice since I started.

I like the game, but it's frustrating that none of the gold coins the app is supposed to be awarding for the achievements are actually getting awarded. The in-app purchase price for items seems high for a farming-style game as well. It seems like the demographic is people with not quite enough money to buy an actual zoo, but still more money than the average person is willing to spend on a free game. If you aren't willing to spend any cash be prepared to watch a LOT of ads for rewards.

Good game but basically becomes impossible to progress once you run out of gold. Leveling up or doing missions doesn't give you any, the only way to get more that I can see is spending real life money. That's scummy and the prices aren't cheap. All my tasks require gold for tools, or cards, or animals and I literally cannot move forward because I don't have any.

I really enjoy this game but wish it had a few more user friendly features. It would be cool to be able to rearrange your zoo by temporarily storing all buildings and exhibits so moving them around is easier. The roads are hard to see and build around buildings and such too. A feature to collect all the money in your zoo at once would be nice. And where your helicopter is as well.

I love this game a lot it reminds me of the old zoo tycoon pc game but I've been having an issue lately that it's asking me to choose which save I want and which I choose there's always upgrades and stuff I started that got stopped. I'm not pressing transfer data either it's right after the loading screen. I feel like that is a possible bug. Anyways the game is relaxing and the graphics are nice for the type of game it is.

Good game with very few technical issues. You can get far without spending any money and it's nice that's it's offline. Just some suggestions to the developers though, please make a "Collect All Cash" button. When you have over 100 facilities it's gets boring to click hundreds of little dots that are easy to miss and accidentally click the thing behind it. Also the card packs are overpriced. The tokens are easy enough to get, but I couldn't imagine spending $35 for a card pack.

I haven't played too long - level 17 - but so far, this game is fun! It isn't too difficult, just takes time. You have the option to speed up buildings and deliveries. Ad are unobtrusive. I LOVE that you can move anything anywhere. Expansions are reasonably priced. You don't have to use actual money to progress, so far. Graphics are well-done and cute. It does get a bit blurry when you zoom very far. Y'all almost lost me at "meat laboratory." π

Not quite the old zoo tycoon PC game... but the closest mobile version I've found after trying practically everything else in the play store. That said this game is entirely fueled by ads. They're never mandatory, but you'll feel like you need to watch ads to get free shovels, animal food, etc. Plus the free/ad stuff is pretty rng so you're waiting around for the RIGHT ad to come along. But the graphics are great, the interface is smooth, and animals don't get mad with no food, so it's OK lol.

I love this game. The game style is relaxed and there's no pressure to race against any clocks in order to achieve a working zoo with a variety of habitats/animals and decorations to get started with. The buildings are functional towards earning zoo dollars to spend on more cool features. And it's up to you how far you want to take it.

I'm usually frustrated with games like this and quit playing quickly due to all of the ads and hoops you have to jump through in order to expand and level up. This game does an amazing job!! It keeps me engaged, and there is always something to do. There are PLAUSIBLE ways to upgrade, expand, and continue playing whether you spend cash (which you can obtain large amounts EASILY) and choosing to watch an ad. This game is super user-friendly and very well done. Thank you!!
