Worst app ever I seen. While uploading the photos through my 4G+ speed , it's always saying "slow network connection detection . It may take a while". But all other apps are running so fast on the same 4G+ Connection even YouTube videos are playing in full HD. After 2 hours just 6 photos are uploaded out of 24. Please update your app and this is not tolerate.

I am very Disappointed with this app I've been selecting and editing photos for almost 4 hour everything seems perfect but when i tried to pay it didn't let me pay through net banking plus with my debit card plus not even letting me pay COD i mean for seriously how am i suppose to know it beforehead😠😠😠

Zoomin is such a great platform to create hardcopies of your valuable memories in the finest most good looking quality possible! The app is very easy to use, and the end result was even better than expected! Such a lovely option for gifting. I placed my second order today. A person like me who loves and clicks a lot of photos, I will keep using this app for all my photobooks!

Photos and services are good but i hate their application,it is not user friendly and takes lot of time to create the album and most of the times application got crashed. Improve the application or soon you will loose your customer.

Loved the photo album quality and the feel. It was so easy to upload and create the albums. Also the delivery was fast. One suggestion to Zoomin is to allow the photo book cover image (for the square one 5"x5") to be full page in the classic template. Currently if I don't want to put album name, it just keep an empty white space.

Very bad experience, after selecting the gift and completing the order, while payment it shows invalid . I even mailed them but no response. Really disappointing experience

Giving 4 Stars because I think their services are good and the quality of their products is awesome no doubt. But when a order was placed immediately after I felt something and thought about cancelling the order, there is no such option available. I think there should be a policy of modifying or of cancellation within 24 hours...it will save your material from wasting if someone wants to cancel their order or want some changes in it.

The app is good but the coupon and the final amount varies alot when you see it first in their ads and what they claim. The editing option can be so much better. It's there just for the sake of being their. You have to already edit your pics then just select it and you can't even edit it even then properly like not even simple as cropping. Need to work on the editing and providing new coupons and discounts. Zoomin, Please Do Not fake advertise you rates that much even for advertising purposes.

Picture quality very poor, Don't order any print from them, I got 24 pictures printed in 4x6 matte finish. No sharpness in print. It is like routine print rather than photography print

Ordered a photo album through the app. But order was not delivered to the address. I dont know what happened to my order. No contact number to enquire. I have sent multiple emails but they haven't solved the issue, instead they send computer generated thanking emails.totally disappointed and feel cheated,since i have paid the whole amount.

Zoomin is amazing I loved the products very much ❤️😍 The quality of product's was very good and the finishing is also very good as per the price's but I think that they have to reduce there price's little bit and also the delivery charges are also very high they should reduce the delivery charges also!!

It's Getting worse everytime I ordered acrylic frame for the price it's 4x over priced and they charged extra for delivery For 4*6 table frame I paide approx 600. Still I thought the photo's will come of good quality but all the pictures are blurred face are all washed off And there is no option for return or rating the product or write the review in the aap

It's crashing alot while selecting the photos, it takes soong to filter photos and select them and then the app crashes and it's back to the selection page... It's really annoying cause I selected 24 photos 5 times and still couldn't upload it.... Please work on the crashes

Everything good, but not in the app. After I select all my photos from my phone, nothing gets uploaded to the creation. This is the issue with cardstock print creation. Not sure if it is the same with others. Technical team, please check.

I ordered a frame and it was fine. But when I try to create a photobook, after spending hours designing it, even after I save it, the app just stops and all my work goes in vain. This has happened thrice and it's highly disappointing

Am trying to upload my photo of 32page in softcover 8*8. 17th times.. but it doesn't upload photo. Wat is this Zoomin? I think your app is not working properly. Try to update Zoomin app. Disappointed........... 14/July/2024- Am really impressed with zoomin app. Easy to upload your photos via phone or Laptop, user friendly app. And also you can edit yours photos. And many more option to print photos, poster, collage, photo book, etc. The Best thing is the quality of the photo, very fresh quality.

Wasted 2+ hours for no outcome. Had a really hard time and very disappointing to see the basic functionalities don't work. For example: the calendar category is truly a disaster in the making. Tried several times uploading the 12 photos for 12 months of the customized calendar. But all efforts went in vain! Not recommended for serious users who wish to buy some standard products.

Very basic app... but the prints came out well. Has a lot of scope for improvement. Checkout Shutterfly guys. Some major cons: Once you create something and ship it out, there is no way to go back and look at it again to reuse the same for another person with slight modifications. You have to recreate the entire photo book again. Another issue, once you select hard cover with glossy and close the app, you cannot change that to matte when you come back again to ship it. The only way to do it is recreate the entire photobook. Little annoying.
