While travelling with my mom, I accessed zoop India app as she is diabetic & she had to eat something in every 2 hours. Food that we carried was not enough till night. I thus ordered simple food for dinner with specifications less oily & less spicy. I am happy that food was delivered on time & as per my specifications. Outcome of zoop india app was astounding when I ordered 1 veg combo meal for dinner while going to Ambala. 1st it is known for delivered on time, 2nd restaurants are best & follow all hygiene protocols. I thought I might get not so good food like other online options give to the users but no, I was wrong when I got my parcel it was fresh & tasty. Even roti is baked properly. I was so excited to see it that I enjoyed my best food. Zoop india offer great experience & good service. Spectacular app.

When I was travelling from bhopal to pune, I got to know abt zoop India app from a co-passenger. I installed this app & within a few minutes I was able to place my order. They have listed many restaurants & guess what, my food was delivered on time without any delay at my seat. I was not sure of such a quick response but I was wrong. My train journey became more pleasant with awesome food delivered by zoop. I would love to recommend this to all my frnds when they plan have long vacation journey.

This app has the best fssai certified restaurant on its list. I used this app till now 6 times and each time I had a good experience regarding food quality, delivery, quantity or taste. I ordered food from Madras Cafe last time and it was awesome. The delivery boy was prompt and food was delivered on time to me even when my train came 2min before time. The order tracking system in the app is also a good feature of the app. I checked that this app is working on almost all trains. I love zoop app.

Food is actually tempting as shown in ads of zoop india app. I had a gr8 experience with my order at Lalitpur station when I was hungry & train journey was long. Super deluxe thali was superb option at 200 rs and delivered on time. I was happy to see that food was packed in nice way in disposable box. Well, sabji was a bit spicy, but it was good in taste along with mixed pickle. I ate one roti with the pickle only & slept well after eating yummy dinner. Thank you app team for the great services.

Incredible app to order food on train is one & only zoop India app as I have already tested it 3 times. Its smooth process to place order via giving pnr number. I chose restaurant from the app list & all 3 times I ordered diff meals, once I order south indian, second time I order Chinese combo & this time I order north indian meal. Each meal was delicious & hygienic, delivery boy was also polite. He has id card but 1 more security check can be done by otp, with this app i had a great experience.

This is the best app for food on train. I had taken food with me, but I don't want to eat that cold food. Instead of it, I want to have hot and fresh food on the train. I picked zoop India app for this, and I ordered chinese rice with a grilled sandwich. I picked my upcoming station vadodra & my trust got stronger when my food was delivered on time, and it was hot and tasty. Chinese rice has a taste like an authentic chinese restaurant. I also order coffee and fried idlis for breakfast from here

On long journey of almost 30 hrs by train, I carried only 1 time meal as food gets rotten very fast in this season. For dinner, I had to order meaI but when I saw food from train pantry that my co passenger order, i instantly opened link of zoop india app & installed it. Zoop India app has a best customer support that gives a great experience to every single client. I use the app when I was going Guna. It is simple to order food on train. The team assures that food is delivered on time & quality of food is also good as zoop India is best restaurant that is certified. Many food option in this app any one can choose as per one's choice. I was quite satisfied so i am writing feedback. I placed order via this app on Telangana train & had great experience. I opted non-veg thali at reasonable rate & was waiting for my food at next station. My order was delivered on time, which had chicken curry, 4 roti, biryani & gulab jamun. Chicken curry was little bit spicy but had a good taste. Biryani was nice, it has small pieces of chicken in it. Rice was cooked & garnished with coriander. I can't believe that I could get best food on train.

When I tried ordering food from zoop india app, I could not make it as when I confirmed my mobile number app kept showing something went wrong due to low internet area. I was very hungry so after 1 hour I open app & tried to confirm my mobile number again, finally this time app successfully accepted order. At my desired station, I received the parcel. I must say, it is not like other food deivery app & I had great experience. I got good quality food & best thing is, this app works in bad network

During my long train journey, I ordered lunch from the pantry for the first time, simple jeera rice and dal. What arrived was disappointing: soggy rice & watery dal, with staff demanding a tip for it. For dinner, I wanted quality food, so I tried your app. The menu was vast, but I chose a light veg thali. My meal arrived fresh & on time at Ajmer station, making my trip much better. Impressed by the service, I ordered breakfast the next day too. A great experience & now my go-to for train food.

I & my wife were going on our first trip after marriage. I wanted everything to be perfect. I asked her not to keep food, as I pre-booked food from zoop India app. I already used this app earlier as it was easy to order from its whatsapp number. I selected the menu & I got a list of all the top restaurants. I pick one pure veg restaurant from there, I order a deluxe box for lunch & rajma rice combo for dinner. In last 6 months I tried online platforms to order food on train but some were too confusing & others did not give track of my order. Only zoop india app was easy & simple to access. My co passenger was using it so I placed my order quickly & tracked it until I received order at my seat. Best customer support team as my food was delivered on time. Quality of food was unbeatable. I'm thinking why I have wasted my time on other apps as I received a discount as I used promo code that I got via sms.

My journey turned the best one when I got my food from it. Yes, this great experience I got from this app on my train journey. I got my order at Jabalpur station.I got hot & spicy food with extra cutlery & paper napkin. Everything was up to the mark, just like I had dinner in a fine dining restaurant. While other competitors' app take orders & never deliver on time. So I suggest my frds to try this app when they travel by train & don't fall for any other app. Food quality & quantity were great.

I travel from Bhopal to Delhi regularly. I tried many ways to get food on the train, like station food and pantry food. Some of the apps I tried, but they all turned worst apps. But for the last 6 months, I have stuck to this app, as it gives good quality food on time. The interface of this app is simple, just need to text a hello on its WhatsApp number and fill in train details, and select the food options. The tracking system is also here. Now I do not need to think about any other options..☺️
