Brilliant until the latest update, who ever designed the 'upgrade' should be fired!!! It's gone from being intuitive and easy to navigate to an absolute shambles. Where's the search by map gone? It doesn't even fit on my screen properly anymore. It's an absolute disgrace, it's not just worse it's a diabolical disgrace. How was it approved? Why? So many questions...it's a joke!!! It only got 1 star because you can't give a lower rating. Back to right move for me and I'd imagine everyone else too

Zoopla is great, I have had the app for years. It is user friendly, and offers fantastic information about locations and properties. I have 1 suggestion, the ability to alter the radius for property searches. The current function works fine, but I would like the option for my search to be more specific, for example, when I choose a 3 mile radius from a location, I would like the option of choosing 3 mile direction i.e. (N,E,S,W). This would be very helpful. All in all, very good app,5☆potential

App will often slow to a halt, causing any form of navigation to be sluggish and unusable, and I have to force close the app to fix it. Also search results are sometimes incorrect after making a search and changing the location. It will show results for the previously searched location. Otherwise a great app with a nice interface. Easy to use. Just a bit buggy. Technical: My device is a Samsung Galaxy S9 running on Android 8.0.0. The zoopla app version I'm running is 3.4.1.

Very good app, but (like with other house-searching sites), the filters are too limited! For example, for search radius, I have to choose either 1 mile or 3 when I want 2, or max price of 1000 or 1250 when I only want 1100, leading me to receive unnecessary alerts for properties that don't match my preferences but those that do will be missed out on otherwise. Also, a really annoying flaw (or bug?) is the fact that when compared to the desktop site, the listings don't say if furnished or not!

Last upgrade is a desgrace. The app was very intuitive and well organized. You could diveded the property in 3 groups: viewed, contacted and saved. Also, you could set the time and date scheduled to visit the properties. With the new update, all of these feauters have disappeared. Understandable. The only reason why I was preferring Zoopla to Rightmove was the interface. Time to go back to the R.

App completely unusable due to frequent crashes on my Samsung Galaxy S7. At first it was when searching for a location, the auto complete results seemingly caused it to crash. So i left feedback and stopped using it. Fast forward a month and i update the app to try again, now it can't even launch without crashing. No other app i've ever used has this problem. You're better off driving around looking for 'for sale' signs than using this.

This app is ok. But Rightmove is better. If you want to create a saved search with Zoopla, use the site. Not this app. There is a problem with this app where it forgets changes made to your saved searches and reverts them back to how they were before. I've been getting notifications for properties outside of the idea I want to look for weeks because the app forgets that I changed the search area.

Saved searches don't seem to work correctly. I'd set up a saved search for a drawn map area on the website, and there are currently 4 properties in that area to my budget and other requirements. I viewed the saved search results in the app, and it found 50 properties, mostly outside the drawn area. I then closed the app and ran the search again, and it found none, expanding the search to show me 2 properties from nearby.

Irritatingly inaccurate. Select a place/postcode, select a distance from said place, say 5 miles. Why is it then it lists properties over 10 miles away. Sometimes more. This is clearly done on purpose to "bulk out" the results making it much harder to find a property in the actual area your looking for. I would rather have a few relevant results than a hundred irrelevant ones!

Agents are still saying a toilet is classed as a bathroom. Saying a semi is a linked detached property. So many little faults. Be better site if zoopla looked at property before they went to the site.

Please fix the logout issue, every other day I get logged out and when I click on notification it's gone as it takes me to login screen and then unable to get to the property which was in notification

Auto logging out periodically. Why? No need for this. Google login fails so can no longer view saved items. 👎 Edit: 7 months gone by and this issue still hasn't been addressed

App worked well until latest update (18/06/24) but now when scrolling through previously saved search results the screen will go completely white. If starting a new search using original criteria and filters no results are ever found

A good app for property searches. There appears to be misleading information from estate agents to attempt to make properties appear in wider searches, with no options in the app to flag for a check by Zoopla. Seems to be standard estate agent practice now, making the filters almost obsolete.

It's very good, not quite in the area I'm looking for and disappointed I can't bring my little cat. But a good start. Not really interested in town centre living. Thank you

Easy enough app to use but wish I could filter out the "pppm", filtering out the shared and student accommodation should do this but it doesn't. And some listings still show up for students only. Also you should be able to change your details in the app. To change my email I had to uninstall the app, change it on the website via browser then reinstall the app again (simply so the website could not redirect me back to the app)

A lot better since my previous review and missing features added back in. The street view is still a pain where you can't drag your yellow guy onto any surrounding streets and have to walk through the street view from the location they start you at which is sometimes behind the house.

The mapped search results experience is really buggy. If there are 2 listings located close together, the app will only allow you to tap and view only one of them. You guys should check out Trulia's map functionality for an expand if a smoothe user experience. Would also be great to include neighborhood information, like crime, schools, shopping and entertainment. The concept of this app is good, but overall functionality/user experience needs work.
