The app seems to keep disconnecting the video on my mubview doorbell. Wifi says 100 percent. This is on android 11. Overall is simple to use but not sure why it keeps disconnecting. You also can't fast forward the video on landscape. I also can't see the live cam when I'm away or any images. I just bought the camera. I do have an SD card in it as well but it's still the same. Today it totally missed a delivery. Didn't record anything.

The first few months it worked fine, but over time it would stop loading pictures and videos that were captured from motion. The deal break was when it completely stopped working while I was on vacation. Not happy at all, I checked my international was still working and did all the things to "reboot" and no luck. I wanted to avoid corded cameras but obviously that is a more reliable route.

Camera comes on late to all events, and doesn't recognize alot of actions. If they could leave it recording continuously it would be great! But it only records late to all alarms, then only for 30 seconds max. I pray for updates, clarity and functionality are really good! ! Just recording issues hold this back from being great! Software is terrible, don't waste your money ! Customer support is great, but they can't fix the Software!

App. won't stay connected and when I try, I get error messages "Connection lost" or "Slow network, reconnecting". I could be directly under the camera, less than 10 feet away from the modem and still have issues. I also don't receive alert messages either and yes everything is set correctly. If I knew the app. was this bad, I never would have purchased the cameras, I'm thinking about sending the cameras back just because of this app.

Not very clear instructions. I don't always get access to edit settings. I have to wait until the edit icon decides to appear in the upper right hand corner. And the only way to get it, is to be watching an historical video. I want the camera to run 24 hours. Instead it makes me choose a time plan for motion notifications. Why can't there be a 24 hour setting? 😫 Not having access to more than Basic Settings whenever I want to tweak the Time Plan is so frustrating!!

Confused everything works great then all of a sudden I will stop getting alerts and messages from the camera. I will restart the camera it works great for 24hrs and then it just records events but no messages or alerts again. I've followed instructions to the t even moved the camera around so I know it is not on my end seems to be a common problem. Im only giving 3 stars because it works great when it feels like it. But still happy with the camera.

It worked till the camera ran out of battery. After that this app does open but closes as soon as I click add device. Had to uninstall this app several times, but it is still doing it. Very frustrating. Edit. Giving 2 extra stars for extremely quick response of the developer. App is not crushing as soon as it is opened. However, can't open the videos. It is just black screen.

Absolutely lousy app. It always freezes. I can view one recorded clip before the app locks up and I have to kill it off. Trying to delete recordings, while theoretically possible, proves impossible as neither the Select All and Delete links respond to repeated presses. Instead, I just get a message that says the app is not responding. It's entirely frustrating. While the camera itself is great, it's software is terrible.

This app and camera were working great. However, after a few months, video only captures still photos, at times, rather than the live video. Unable to zoom in on recorded video (disappointing). Download and/or save options are not always available options. It is an intermittent available option. Motion detection is set on performance mode and all humanoid areas selected. Yet, it seems that motion detection is not happening consistently. This means quite a lot of activity is not being captured.

Cannot record a video from saved videos. The audio portion gets recorded but not the video. Cant find the recorded video in files. The software might have permission issues. I suspect the app is not updated to run properly on Android 13. I cannot see the album folders in my file viewer app and cannot record from saved videos. Sent info to Zumimal as they requested no answers yet. Cannot get the video record to put any videos into the zuminal folder. There must be some kind of app error.

I'm using this with Tiejus PTZ cameras and Synology Surveillance Station for recording. Most basic set up functions work OK but two critical features do not. First, it can't update the camera firmware. When I try it stays on "updating" forever but the camera never updates. Second, you can manually control the camera PTZ (position) but you can't save any preset positions. My ancient Foscam cameras had this feature!

This app is awesome. The cameras are awesome. The app. notifies me if there is any motion within my targeted area. Tells me battery levels on each camera. And it notifies me of upgrades. We use 5 of these and they worth every penny. Sound. Nightvision. You can turn the light on. And or set for light to automatically come on. Very simple to set up and use.

I rarely take time to give reviews. But after using your outdoor cameras for 2 years, I have only PRAISES. Excellent hardware/software. I use their outdoor cameras INDOOR to watch over disabled elderly. The built in walkie talkie is great. The camera resolution is exactly what it needs to be. Good enough to see details, but not too high res so as to freeze over a wifi connection. Software STABLE. With email account, can be multi-user access! Get OLD ones, not USB-C. Longer battery time.

Sometimes it sends motion notifications... Sometimes it doesn't. It has gone for months without sending any... and today it just started sending them again. I have checked rhe setting multiple times... and sodnt change them today. I primarily use it to just check on my dog while I'm at work, so it's not a big deal. But I wouldn't use it for a security camera.

Great camera, I've had my camera for almost 2years, and it works just fine. I can see a wide area range, very clear. It's easy to use, Easy to clean from outside weather debis etc. it has many features and if you have a SD memory card you don't need to pay for features/ service. I'd recommend. I gave 4 stars because the camera needs more hanging options. Great work!

It's turning out to be a terrible app. It logs me out as I'm actively looking at it. Says "session expired" And then keeps logging me out with the same message immediately after I log back in. I've looked for updates. Un-installed and reinstalled it, and it hasn't fixed the issue. What's the point of a camera system if the app to see what's going on keeps logging me out?

Navigating this app's UI is an exercise in exasperation. For example: how do I get back to the screen listing auto recordings with the thumbnails next to them when I'm not tapping on an alert? Why do I have to record a recording first before I can save it? Why do I have to press "play" before it will let me start to record instead of simply downloading the file? Why do I have to start live streaming the camera before the option to return to the home screen/dashboard becomes available? smdh
